Description

The Halo Fitness app is exclusively available to exercisers who belong to a participating fitness facility. Exercisers have the ability to set goals, create workouts, or request and receive workouts from their personal trainer. The Halo Fitness app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. After completing a workout, the results are automatically saved and added to the timeline. Ask if your fitness center is connected to the Halo Fitness Cloud, so you can join the Halo Fitness community at your gym and enjoy the benefits of extended programming with personal trainers, classes and more directly in the app. Note: If you can’t log in with your email in the Halo Fitness app, your gym might not be using the Halo Fitness Cloud. We recommend speaking to your club about signing up for Halo Fitness.

I love the training plans I receive from my trainer! This app helped me track and reach my fitness goals!

So I download the app at my gym (after downloading the older now unsupported LFConnect app) and the app won’t even let me sign up. It only displays email and password fields and nothing for me to start a new account. Searching on the web there are plenty of sites explaining why it’s so great to have Halo be part of your gym and how trainers can use it but I don’t even think the people at my gym know it exists. I’m really not sure how this app passed any beta testing and am skeptical about how it can actually help me in any way. The other review is not glowing either so not sure what code monkeys you have behind this app, but it might be time to feed them.

I can log in but the app is very difficult to use. Multiple clicks needed to simply log in on equipment. It terminates some of my sessions and doesn’t for others (It logged me in for 76 hours on an elliptical). Also why doesn’t this operate on my iWatch? Seems that the greater purpose of this app is to support selling fitness plans and other activities. Needs a whole rethink in design.

Can login, send password reset, nothing happens. Clearly not supported. Shame on halo.

Logged in for first time on a treadmill. Created account Has profile icon on treadmill interface but you can’t log in to modify it. Was looking for something that tracked progress history. I get email saying I registered and no link. Downloaded app and it doesn’t recognize my username/password. App doesn’t have a registration account Some very basic fundamental stuff is not included or working in this app. Should get no stars because it doesn’t work at all. Stick to Nike or other major apps.

Seems to be a fake app that doesn’t log you in. Should be taken down.

The app won’t let me log in, keeps saying my password is incorrect. I’ve reset it and checked multiple times that it’s right, so the problem is with the app.

It simply doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Can’t create an account. When you visit their website on a browser, you can’t create an account there either. My gym has told me this is the app that syncs to all their machines but there’s no way to access it and the gym staff don’t know how to fix it either.
