    let me warn you about this company. They apparently use offshore fraud detection company so when they detect fraud you get a call from someone who can barely speak good English, which automatically made me think this was a scam so I had to call VyStar directly to find out what was going on. I just don’t know why they can’t use companies in this country that speak English. Apparently not interested in American business.

  • horrible app, can’t even add my card due to major flaws

    When I go to add my card it tells me to enter a temporary code sent to my email. #1 it doesn’t send me a code in the first place, and #2 when I go to check my email it locks me out of the app for closing is thus i have to start over and get a NEW code which won’t even be sent to my email. laughably bad and poorly designed.

    App is down too often to even be a good feature. You turn your card off and then can’t get back on to turn it back on. Ridiculous

    One star… can’t even add my card. I type in my card number and it gets to the verification screen, but I never get the verification email. My email is correct, and despite deleting and reinstalling multiple times it still never sends me verification code.

    App is basic. It’s time Vystar integrate Debit Card capabilities in with the main mobile banking app as most other financial institutions have done long before the year of 2023. I don’t understand why anyone at your institution feels there is a need to have debit card control separate. Please take this feedback and implement it fast - like before the end of the year fast.

    I know this app served a purpose at one point, although why it wasn’t baked into the regular VyStar app I’ll never understand. But now it does nothing but prompt me to switch to the regular app. THAT’S IT!

    I just got an account with Vystar and it won’t let me use this app at all!! I keeps telling me that my log in for my online banking is incorrect when I know that it’s not. I don’t like the fact that the card features are seperate from the online banking app when my last CU had everything together. This app is just not functional when I need it to be
