    Wanda Coach is THE MOST WORST WAY TO TRAVEL. Their never on time and sometimes they DON’T EVEN COME AND YOU CAN’T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT TRAVEL WANDA COACH

    Please, do, not, use , this , company!!!!!! The bus is late for 1 hour, called main number, was hung up on in me . Called headquartered number , No one picks up the phone! Called Customer number , One does not accept incoming call, the other keeps sending me to voice message. This is a fraud company Who just wante the money and don’t want to provide service, a complete fraud !

    Yes, I understand the ticket is very cheap compared to other buses but trust me it’s not worth it! When you’re lucky that the bus actually comes, you’ll ride a bus that’s cramped, dirty and smelly. The drivers are rude and most of them don’t speak English. But when you’re unlucky, the bus might not even come. I waited for more than three hours and still the bus didn’t show up. I eventually went with a different bus, but when i asked for a refund, they denied me saying that the bus came. The problem is, i don’t know when it came. It could’ve come 3 more hours after i left. Additionally, they have terrible customer service. They never picked up called or answered emails. Just avoid riding on this bus. USA will be a lot better without scammy service like this. By riding this bus, you’re letting them provide the same service without actually improving.

    Bad service, they have bed bugs and the driver is always smoking very inconsiderate to people on the the bus . Poor conditions better off finding another bus or plane ticket .

    This app needs a lot of improvement and the company it self needs to do better with customer service not because you have low prices doesn’t mean you treat your customers badly I was stranded for 6 days because of lack of details and operators not knowing what they are talking about and can’t help and buses only available every other day
  • App Services & Customer Service Number dont work

    I arrived prior to departure time and the bus was nowhere to be found. The app offers a bus tracker and when i entered the information it pulled up the correct trip, but the actual tracker was “unavailable.” I tried calling the customer service number 5 times to check on the status of the bus/reach out to someone after seeing that the tracker does not work. One random time it went through but disconnected me while i was waiting, and the rest of the calls i was immediately disconnected. I was stranded at a sketchy gas station with my luggage and had to scramble to buy a ticket from another company for departure later that day. i’ve traveled on several hour-long buses every year and have never experienced this. do not use Wanda Coach/Wonder Coach!

    The app is ok the bus service is truly the WORST!!! Here is a copy of the email I sent to their customer service: Your customer service representative just hung up on me. This is the worst bus service ever! I a will never book a trip with your company ever again nor will I ever recommend your service to anyone I know. I booked a ticket from Durham to New York City for 8:00 p.m. on March 1, I was informed by text that the bus would now leave at 9:10 p.m. the bus arrived at 9:15 p.m. and we were informed that the bus was full and we would have to wait until the 10:00 p.m. bus. As I write this it is now 10:10 p.m. At 10:00 p.m. I called your terrible customer service representative who informed me that there was nothing that could be done about the situation and that I must wait for the bus that arrives at 10:30 p.m.! A full two and a half hours after my original scheduled departure time. She then promptly hung up in my face. So as I understand it your company overbooks their customers and makes them wait for hours at a gas station in the cold and then does nothing to compensate them for their time and inconveniencing them. I hope you're happy with my one time buying a ticket with your company as it will never happen again! And on top of that the bus smells like raw sewage.

    Whatever was fixed with the last update created a new problem. When I book using the app, no email is sent with an itinerary or confirming the purchase. Then I run into issues because the service rep at the bus stop tries to charge a fee for a print out when one was never sent in the first place.
