    This App does not allow me to log in on my IPhone 6 Plus. The Wyze App is extremely slow on Android tablet, the detection of motion is 18 seconds delayed. I have Panasonic camera and Blink Mini camera, their Apps work perfectly with the mentioned devices. For the recorded video clips, it is not easy to retrieve comparing to other Apps I am using currently, the Panasonic and Blink.
  • NO Service On App when using 4G Or 5G, Cam Plus Doesn’t Work Correctly

    I have 13 wyze cameras and pan cams combined and they all work like they’re supposed to when I’m at home on Wi-Fi but when I leave home and I have my iPhone with me which is an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I am on 5G the Wyze app will not load the cameras so I have no way of knowing what’s going on at home when I’m gone with my phone. Another issue I have with the Wyze cameras and app is that even though I am a cam plus customer in the app it keeps asking me to sign up for cam plus which I already have and it won’t let me use some of the features of Cam Plus. As I’m sure everyone knows trying to get anything done through Wyze support is a futile waste of time. Wyze does not care about their customers. This is a fact that is very obvious when googling customer support for Wyze and my experiences have not been any better. My advice; Go with different cameras and a different company. You get what you pay for EXCEPT with Wyze, you don’t!!!!

    It’s annoying it constantly keeps notifying my phone. It picks up sound that I don’t need birds and dogs ridiculous. Not happy.

    Cameras are great and all. Only issue I been having is I set the 4 different positions for my front yard camera and every time I click one of the positions it automatically looks down 2 inches from the position I left it at and I have to restart the camera every time that happens. I gotta restart them everyday and it’s very annoying not sure if it’s my camera or a bug in the calibration but would love to get some pointers or feedback

    The longer I have them the worst it gets. Not only do I have to log into the app every time I open it, the door bell it’s very good in coughing what it needs to. I loved it @ first but hopefully the newer one work better. Which I will not be upgrading to.
  • Constant connection problems

    My connection is constantly poor or non-functioning in the app. When it does connect, it can be jerky or unresponsive. Even when I am able to connect, after a few minutes, it will freeze up and I have to force the app closed, then restart. I know my connection issues aren’t restricted to my phone app or my PC because, like right now, the cams pull up fine on a remote PC but the app refuses to connect to any of my cams. A few days ago, it was the opposite. The app loaded fine but the PC would not load anything.

    About two new ones and I forgot what a headache it was getting the three already had paired with my home Internet system. Why is it so difficult if somebody could please call me I would love it love the cameras. I’ve had some go black on me or black-and-white, the color is gone out, but if somebody wants to call me, I’d be tickled 423-987-5270 Thanks
