I have been trying to place an order for 48 hours, but for some reason your system was down or having trouble and it wouldn’t go through. I also tried to add my free rewards selection before it expired and it wouldn’t let me. I’m bummed because that means it’s expired and I don’t get my free product as a benefit since I buy so much from B&B.

Tried using free shipping reward and system kept stating difficulties

When I first downloaded the app I had no problem. Now when I try to use it I can go on ever icon and it load fine but when I go to shop icon just giving me the loading sign. It won’t let me shop on the app.

The shopping tab at the bottom used to work but with the update it doesn’t work anymore, it just shows a buffering symbol when you try to load into it. Placing a pickup order used to be so easy and now I have to sign in to the website to even look at it.

The app is very cumbersome and difficult to navigate or manage your orders. It’s difficult to tell what you’ve placed in your basket. Then it tells you with a banner that won’t go away your rewards are due to expire but you have to enter them in a particular place but when you attempt to follow instructions, it says the site is having problems. I don’t mind paying for my shipping but if you’re going to offer free shipping as a reward, at least have the courtesy to allow the code. This leaves your customers feeling scammed. Leaving your app with a bad feeling. That’s not how you produce customer loyalty.

Don’t try PayPal for instore pick up. In PayPal it shows It’s a pick up and lists the address of the store. I’m BBW it then says PayPal has to change the shipping address. 🙄🤷‍♂️
