Tried every which way as directed by the app and website, but couldn’t pull video from instagram. This app is a waste of time and money.

I know this app costs only $2.00 but that is about $5.00 too much. Confusing. Non functional with Instagram. I wrote them for either support or refund. I got neither. So I deleted the app. My advice….find something else.

Reviewed instructions. I've tried for 20 minutes and cannot download anything! No videos, no photos, no webpages. I did succeed in downloading an Instagram logo! Waste of 99 cents; glad I purchased on sale. If this app works, we need better instructions.

I was able to successfully download two of the Instagram videos of my cat as a just-born rescued kitten, but the third, even though it said it successfully downloaded (more than once), would not play or download in the app on the files tab. No error message.

Hello world, if you are downloading this app to save Instagram videos to your phone , it doesn’t work and keeps going in circles

I tap down load, it says scan for, I tap video, and nothing……

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Blaze, I feel compelled to spare others the same disappointment. I purchased "Blaze: Browser and File Manager" for $1.99 under the impression that I could seamlessly download videos from platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I tried downloading multiple videos, thinking perhaps I was missing a step, only to be met with the same results each time: nothing. To ensure I was using the app correctly, I even sat down to watch the developer's tutorial on YouTube, following each instruction to the letter. Still, the videos just wouldn't download. To make matters worse, I reached out to the developer hoping to either get assistance or a possible solution but was met with radio silence. It's frustrating enough when an app fails to deliver on its promises, but the lack of customer support is the final straw. In short, save your money and time. "Blaze" doesn't blaze any trails in the realm of video downloading – it merely extinguishes your patience and trust. Steer clear of this app.

Don’t buy this if you want to extract IG videos

I downloaded and PAID for this app to get one video from Instagram to share with a friend who doesn’t have social media. It didn’t work, even after trying multiple times, restarting my phone, restarting the app. Waste of time and money.
