Honestly I have no idea what this app is for. You can’t edit anything, only control the treadmill while on the treadmill?…it’s the worst fitness app I have ever seen

So I downloaded this to connect the treadmill to Apple Health. Absolutely useless. Clicked on the developer name and found other apps not listed in the App Store. Found Spirit + and was able to connect to Apple Health.

I’ve had my Spirit Elliptical for over two years. The app is really only the bare minimum of functionality. It connects, sets up the program you wish to use. That is it. I’m ok with this, since I haven’t had other issues. But, I would be so much happier if it would connect to other health apps. The Spirit website states that this app will communicate with both Fitbit and MyFitnessPal-apps I’ve used since 2012. I cannot find a way to connect these apps from any direction.

Probably the worst fitness app I’ve used and can’t get it to share with HealthKit. Very little value when I have to wear another device to get my workout into Health. Doesn’t support split screen on iPad so have to flip between apps during workout rather than having them side by side. App looks and feels like it was built 10 years ago. Very poor user experience.

If this is your MVP it should have never been released to customers. It is buggy and the functionality is weak. Get it together. Do any of you actually use your app with a treadmill?!

The app does not work! Why put this crap on the app store? It cannot even find my bike to connect bluetooth, but it can find two tv’s, and a blood pressure monitor😂

I would like to have the option to add other apps like Hulu, Spotify, Pocket Casts to the app drawer. The app has also crashed on me which was annoying. Hopefully this can be ironed out in the future. Thanks

I just purchased a new XT385 ans this app will not connect to Strava, Garmin, or Apple Health. I tried to reach out to Spirit Fitness, and they have not responded to my issue.

It’s like a child designed this app and it’s interface w other apps (ie your choice of a fitness tracker). along w the intended piece of exercise equipment. Sad. Update needed, but from what I can tell w the other ratings- won’t happen

Great treadmill!! Terrible app. It’s generally better than it was 3 years ago though. Biggest gripes 1) Connectivity: But it’s still flaky when attaching to the treadmill via Bluetooth. It seems to learn and make fewer errors over time. 2) Sharing: there is no share icon on the calendar as they have on the screenshot in the App Store. I can’t sync this data to anything. 3) needs a portrait mode view. It’s always in landscape view. 4) some of the charts go backwards. The beginning is at the right of the chart and you scroll left to get to the end. Odd. Good things: 1) the metrics match what the treadmill shows. 2) The graphics are acceptable when using the app and running. This isn’t a difficult thing to accomplish though. Right?
