Neither Microsoft Outlook 2011, 2016, 2019, 2021, nor 365 for Mac offer creation of email signatures from HTML. Only a rich-text editing box is provided, without the ability for more customization. HTML Email Signature - Outlook enhances these capabilities by allowing customized creation of email signatures from HTML. Simply type in a name for your signature, add your HTML, and your signature is created! A button to preview the HTML is also available. ** READ BEFORE PURCHASING ** - Valid HTML must be provided. This is not a design utility. Issues with formatting and/or appearance of the final signature are directly tied to the HTML code. - An installed version of Microsoft Outlook (2011, 2016, 2019, 2021, 365) is required for this application to function.

    Informative and valuable solution. This developer has stepped up where other have cut-and-pasted solutions. Worked on my outlook for mac 2019, adding my desired HTML signature in the signature list to choose from. Thanks for filling the void that outlook created.

    I've tried every trick online to get my html signature into outlook. This took 3 seconds and the issue was fixed!

    I am not blaming this App, only Microsoft Outlook. When I have alt text in email signature, the first letter is missing in the alt text description. Any suggestions?

    I purchased this thinking this would solve an issue we are having with Outlook not embedding our company logo with our siganture blocks. Its doesnt. Email receiptents are still not able to see the logos…they just get an “?” or “x” where the logo should appear….

    Super simple utility but works great. They warn you about needing to know HTML but if you have a signature in Word already formatted, it offers an option to copy as HTML and create the tags for you. Create your signature as you want it to look in Word first then copy it in as HTML (paste and select the option to copy as HTML) and take a look at the preview and it will be the same. Easy to use and looks great. Make sure in “Composing” preferences in Outlook for Mac that you also have it set to use HTML as the default for new emails or it will show as plain text.

    I use Email Siganture Rescue (ok app) and this is ESSENTIAL for 2016 Outlook (mac) integration. Works great though!
