    Let me preface this by saying I have used Upside for the last 4 years without any major incidents. However, in the last few weeks I’ve noticed that when I get to the gas station, it will say something like $0.04/gallon cash back on regular. When I get gas, I usually always get diesel for work as well(their diesel offers have plummeted to something like $0.02/gallon when it used to be $0.17ish, but that’s another story). So I pump my diesel first, then claim the offer again for my regular gas. On the second claiming, the offer shoots up to $0.10 or $0.12/gallon for regular. Cool, right? I’m actually gonna get more money back. So I pump my regular gas. Then a day or two later I get notified that I only received the $0.04 that was offered at the beginning. Upside, if you can’t afford to pay the offers on your app, then don’t lie about it. Just state the same offer the second time. Using deceptive practices like this really turns me off. Also, the commercials are INCREDIBLY deceptive. You’ll never get $0.25/gallon back anywhere, unless you maybe go to the place with the highest price and get premium gas. Maybe.

    Great app, easy to use. Definitely change up your routine gas station to get the most out of this app. My only feedback would be that the location map would not continually refresh itself while manually navigating the map.

    With these high gas prices, I am very happy to get some of that money back to use another way. Yay! I’ve gotten $138 back so far. Thank you! I’m kind of at a disadvantage because I live in a small area. There are still 5 stations in the 60 miles around me. I have one four miles away. The rest are 30 miles one way or the other. Of course, there are many more options in a big city. I go to a station I wouldn’t have used without this app. It’s worth it to get some money back.

    I agree that this is a good legit app. But the advertisement is not accurate. It has not given me more than 12% cash back in over 2 years at grocery stores. It only works at one grocery store in my area (Gelson’s Market) lowest is 2% cash back and highest is 17% but that is rare. It also does not give .25/gal cash back at all gas stations after using app for more than a year.

    I wish I could give this app no stars but 1 is as low as this will go. I used it 2 times and then all of a sudden it logged me out and I haven’t been able to log back in since. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app so many times to see if it will work, nothing. Then I try to get help from support and I can’t even get the help I need.

    It takes a while to gain an amazing amount but it’s worth it if u use it consistently, it’s better than not getting it back at all, these days every dollar counts
