Travefy was a great app that was introduced to us by Catavino Travel for a group trip to Portugal. It allowed us instance access to our itinerary which could be updated on a regular basis. It was also a great way to instantly message other group members. A 5 Star App!

Great app to. Keep all your travel information in one spot but individuals need access to be able to add items as well instead of limiting it just to TA’s

Love these trip plans. Heather with Wanderlust travel has done trip plans for us on several trips now and we really rely on these. It is so easy to use and she includes all the details that we could possibly need. This is as great as the maps app on the phone. Thanks SO much.

I usually spend a lot of time creating travel documentation for our trips. This app delivered by EcoChile, a great travel company handling tours to Patagonia had everything, literally everything you need to keep track of your trick. Daily calendar of where you are what you are doing, options, what’s included and what is not, along with restaurant and sight seeing suggestions for when you are on your own. But the best part of this app is the ability to communicate with everyone via email, telephone or text. My wife was on the trip with a friend and I was at home tracking everything on the app. If I asked the agent a question via text I got an answer promptly. My wife was able to ask questions too and the EcoChile staff became more like friends than vendors. Combined with the use of Kakao Talk, a Korean app like WhatsApp that allows you to make and receive phone calls for free anywhere in the world, this keep me and my wife in touch the whole trip and allowed me to interact with the travel staff as well. I’m going to try to learn how to program this app to the same level for our future trips. Highly recommended.

That the app has a bug. It’s become unreliable Itineraries won’t stay downloaded either on or off cellular or WiFi. I’ve submitted videos and screenshots. I loved the app prior to this and would have given it 5 stars. Can’t seem to gain the attention of the support team.

I love seeing my trips in one spot, I don’t have to try to remember with month or day to look up on my calendar, it all right there. My travel agent puts all my information and receipts on each trip, making it really easy to for my company experience. Being able to contact my travel agent directly in the app makes everything easy and less stressful when you’re on the go. Thanks for your work on this app and keep it simple.

I prefer to enter the information I want, when I want to enter it. I don’t want to depend on my travel agent to do this. Please modify your app so I can enter my trip myself.

This app took the anxiety out of my trip. It worked offline so no need to stress if wifi becomes an issue. It would send me updates regarding flight changes/delays which I find very beneficial. This is definitely a must app when one is traveling.

This app kept our large group organized and made weather related changes a breeze. The Chat feature was invaluable!

Nice app with all details available at your fingertips. Unfortunately as a customer I cannot add any stuff I want. I understand that I should be able to edit stuff put in by my travel agent but I should be able to add more stuff/ notes/ documents as I need. Maybe someone is listening and put in a fix :)
