    The concept is good (get up and move or look away from the screen). Unfortunatly, the time to “get up and move” is every minute which is too agressive. If there could be a preference for every 20-60 mins that would be far better. The 20-20-20 rule for looking away from the screen is based on scientific studies, so I’m ok with that timing. However, if I am looking away from the screen, I can’t tell when the “time is up” banner appears. Mabey there could be an auditable “ping” or accessibility screen flash at the end. (Just realize that I had the sound turned down and I do get the standard notification ping but the screen flash when sound is disabled would be nice) Overall, the app is essencially a count down timer with notifications. Although I needed something like this app and paid $1.99 it might be better priced at $.99 US.
