    Love the variety, especially for working out at home. Weights aren’t my favorite and Sweat offers different workouts to tone, get stronger and get my cardio in! Love the goal setting and tracking options for food and weight loss also!

    Love the motivation and structure, as well as all of the options! Every once in a while, during a workout, the app freezes on me and I have to start over. I also wish that it would sinc with my steps on my health app as well as on my Apple Watch.
