Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.     It’s very user friendly and worth the money. You can select what equipment you have at home and custom your workouts. With the selection of trainers, you have less likely of a chance of getting bored. This is the only workout app where I can actually get SORE from. I’ve been doing it for over a year and it keeps me going for sure. My husband says he wished they had a male version, we use it together and it can kick his butt too! :)

    I have been using this app since Covid. I changed programs and I like this one too. I just wish you could use 2 programs at the same time and that there was a band only program. At 65 I need more low key options for home workouts.

    I love working out, but I get so bored doing the same things over and over! I love that the app switches things up within programs or by selecting a new program entirely. Worth the money! I would buy it 10x over! I’ve never stuck with a 12 week workout program IN MY LIFE and here I am on week 12! I also love that you can substitute exercises if you want low impact, there isn’t available equipment, etc. 10/10 recommend!! **To keep things totally honest, there are some glitches from time to time, but that’s the name of the game with technology. For the most part, I’ve had minimal issues and they’re easy fixes!
