    so this game is cool and sick you get to experiment around a human but two things all of the pathogens make no sense I gave the human noro virus which is supposed to make him vomit but he did not vomit and noro virus is a stomach bug but it a gave him cardiac arrest instead which makes no sense what does it have to do with the heart? And also it might need more medicines because I was searching on google of how to cure this and that from a random pathogen but I could not find that medicine any were so please fix this game or something and add more medicines please.

    Every time I try the infection the inflammation run’s away killing the person without fail maby tone it down a little otherwise great game/simulator

    Very cool, but there’s a lot of problems with administering medications right now!! So a lot of my patients are dying because the app is giving them Insulin instead of whatever else I wanted to give them. Stomach contents don’t move through the digestive tract which is annoying. The UI has also disappeared a couple times.

  • Patient always has Hypokalemia or Hyperkalemia

    This sends them into Cardiac Arrest, and no amount of defribulation or CPR brings them back.

    In the advertisements, there is a tab for food, and another tab for alcohol and such. There was only a tab for drugs in my game. Deleted.

  • Where is the emergency oxygen ?

    My patients keep dying because oxygen therapy that is the ad picture doesn’t exist also why can’t they poop? it’s greyed out.

    And whenever I do a IM or a IV push when the screen goes down for a split second you can see some sort of bar where you can go to different items the 2 other items that I saw were hormones and food and maybe some other ones. I rlly rlly want to know how to get to it IDK if it’s actually in the game but if it is please tell me how. besides all that it’s a good and fun game

    Even after the update, my patients are all still dying from the same things, no matter what I’m doing. Just played three times after the update and for a solid five minutes, they were in a coma, not breathing, yet still had a heartbeat and a rhythm of around 345(highest got to around 700). I purchased this game when I first got my current phone and was extremely excited but got disappointed. It’s still a great learning experience for learning the parts of the body, what different drugs may do, etc. but it could be better if the bugs were fixed and just not made worse.
