Learn COLREGs Faster and More Efficiently! This is an application for studying and consolidating your knowledge of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs-72). The program is designed in the form of cards grouped according to the COLREGs rules. Your answers are stored in the program and may be reset by the user to their original state whenever necessary.
