    Love the app. I love watching my favorite shows on the app. The only problem have had lately is shows stop unexpectedly and then later says the show was interrupted.
  • No way to remove watched/unwanted shows...

    CRAPPY service. Pay money for this POORLY run service? EVERY single show I’ve watched is now in “continue watching” with no way to remove. Is anybody home? Their “support” gives a number to call- sorry, CBS, that’s not how apps on Roku are supposed to work. Customers should be able to add/eliminate with a click or two, not with a call. Why upgrade when I’m already not getting what I paid for?

    I can’t believe with the cost of this App it should be flawless I downloaded 10 shows for a long flight when I got on my flight the next day they were all gone! It took hours to download even with gigabit internet Episodes do not download in the background you have to keep the app open to download properly. Then shows you finished watching Show up as not completed watching so after you watch several seasons of a show you’ve got maybe 12 Episode from various seasons that show as not completed this app is very poorly written I would not recommend it especially with the cost of theSubscription unfortunately I signed up for a year and I’m stuck with it and I can’t cancel Before my earrings out stay away from this app and their subscription service I am canceling as soon as I can
  • Frustratingly long and frequent commercials

    Gathering ad revenue and user data is important for quality content, but it seems the commercial breaks are more frequent than over the air. Was hoping that this would be an improved watching experience and it is not. If you’re collecting subscription fees then make it better than over the air and at least able to shuttle through commercials. Same commercial over and over made me stop watching the show and spend time writing this.

    They steal your money and then pass the buck to Apple. I will never subscribe to this service. I am paying for an app that does not work because it doesn’t recognize my subscription. Even sent proof I am currently paying and CBS All Access refuses to fix it.
  • Low quality

    The app is of very low quality. Downloads seem to work only half the time, very frustrating if you spend time on a plane. The slider often gets stuck and has no relation to your location in the show. Audio quality is quite poor as compared to Netflix and Amazon. Very shoddy work by developers and product managers who clearly lack the skills required to deliver streaming media applications.

    Th is app has NOT worked since the latest iOS update! Please update the app so I can once again air play free shows from my phone to my Apple TV.
  • Bad app. Bad compatibility

    The only reason I paid for this service is because of Discovery. The app constantly doesn’t work. You download an episode and you get a constant “fatal error” or even worse the blue eye just stares back at you and never works. On top of it all, trying to use the app with my iPad connected to the TV via the Digital to AV adapter is a joke. Video won’t play. Only audio. Thank god season 2 of Star Trek is over because I can stop paying for this crap.
