  • I can’t watch anything - buggy garbage app

App just crashes after 3 seconds of playback. Garbage.
  • All access

Horrible! I’m so tired of the commercials! You seriously cannot find new advertisers!! I’m not renewing my subscription any longer! I’m paying 5.99 to see the same exact commercials every break, it’s pathetic really!! Att and Directv doesn’t give people more money for thing! They are both horrible! Bye CBS
  • Freezes or won't load!

    By Ykcpeggy
Haven't been able to watch in over a week! Unacceptable! If it loads at all, it freezes within a couple of minutes. DO NOT PURCHASE!
  • Why am I paying to see ads?!

    By SWCKittyBarrow
Why is CBS ripping me off? I'm stopping the waste of money subscription. It would be better to pay $1.99 per episode to Amazon than $9.99 per month and still have to watch commercials.
  • Will not stream

    By S-Harper
Besides it’s limited content, I really only wanted the service to watch Star Trek Discovery. Yet after trying to start this show about 30 times, I was only able to get it start four times over a week. My wife tried watching NCIS and it too would only start an episode maybe 1 out of every 10 attempts. My setup: an AppleTV 4K with an Ethernet cable linked directly to my router. I have no problem getting other services to work (Netflix 4K, Amazon Prime and DirectTV Now) on this setup. They even work with our other smart TVs and boxes throughout our house over WiFi.
  • Resume doesn’t work.

    By Kimbok75
I have to stop and take a break when watching shows a lot because I have kids and I’m busy. Every time I hit resume, the show starts all over again. So you have to watch all the commercials again if you want to catch up to where you were. So annoying. Why have a resume option IF IT DOESN’T WORK??
  • Bad all around

    By fluffyinsomniac
It’s bad enough that I’m paying for a bunch of advertisements, but the connection is always bad, always buffering, and just badly designed. I will slog through the last two episodes of The Good Fight, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay for such a crappy app.
  • 2.5 min Commercials

    By Yepthstswhatisaud
The commercials are entirely too long. On top of having to pay.
  • Won't load beyond logo

    By Yaharalady
I had the CBS app and it stopped working so I deleted and reloaded from App Store. Now it won't open beyond the CBS logo. When I did use it before reloading it wouldn't save programs where I left off. The start stop arrow is very slow to respond as is the fast forward backward slide. I thought maybe there was a bug and the fix would come. I tried again after a few days and now it loads shows but stops every few seconds, yes SECONDS like it’s having to load more info. I’m using it on an iPad 2 and all other streaming services work fine. The most archaic of the streaming apps. Sad because CBS has some very good shows. The TV schedule doesn't fit mine so I prefer to stream the shows.
  • Subscribed and Cancelled 10 minutes later.

To preface...I would rate zero if possible...don’t waste your time. All I wanted to do was maybe catch up on some Big Bang Theory seasons that I was behind on. I was behind 4 season I believe and didn’t necessarily want to spend $20 a season on iTunes. I don’t have cable so streaming is my only option. When I saw that there were only 2 seasons to stream on this pitiful app. Additionally, CBS doesn’t allow their content to stream anywhere else so it’s paying iTunes, paying Amazon, or this. I’ll choose none, and give my business to the majority of networks that allow their content on the streaming services.
