    i’m a longtime user of dropbox, but it has ceased functioning on my iphone 6s within the last 24 hours. I get the message “unable to install dropbox” when i attempt to start it. This is an app i use daily, what’s up with the new update?? *UPDATE: I restarted iPhone twice, THEN was prompted to download/install. Once I did everything appeared to function normally. When in doubt, reboot...

    Would rate higher but now it won’t work with any iPhone that our company has. Takes 10 mins just for anything to load now. Keeps coming out with updates but this issue has yet to be fixed. Once it does load it works great though but 90% of the time I don’t have 10 mins to wait on it to load and need info that’s stored on this app ASAP! Please fix and the rating would be 5
  • Update has crippled Dropbox for iPad

    This app was great until a few weeks ago when an update removed the ability to close a file and have the entire screen be for the titles of files. As it is now, the only way one can view titles of files that are more than seven characters or so is to start the process of moving a file which then gives a screen that shows the titles. I pay annually for Dropbox and thus have another 9 months before it will be financially feasible to switch services, but if you have not already paid for Dropbox, I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS app. At least until such time as they correct this issue. It is practically unusable as is.
  • Can’t close preview pane

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been an issue for over a month now with no fix. CANNOT CLOSE THE PREVIEW PANE. The most important function on the iPad to see the full file name!!! This version of Dropbox is extremely buggy with the new iOS update. What are you guys doing for your customers who are paying a high price for software that after an updates gets worse ???
  • Not able to download app

    Very disappointed. I've had the app on my iPad for many years. Now it has stopped working and says it is not supported on my iPad. There is nothing wrong with my iPad, it works great. But Dropbox has decided they don't want to support my device anymore. The app disappeared and now won't download to my iPad at all. It seems Dropbox wants me to spend money I don't have for a new device so I can continue to use their product for which I pay a yearly subscription and just recently paid for another year. Wasted money. Not happy. Will be looking for another option.
  • Won’t convert Youtube vid to files!

    I did this alot for background music on my youtube vids, I use the YouTube convert site to turn vids into MP3, then it comes to Dropbox, and it’s supposed to save my music to files, but now all it says is: “ failed to load request” FIX IT and I’ll give 5 stars
  • Offline files do not work

    The one reason why I’d consider paying for a sub, mobile offline files, does not work. And no, it’s not a problem with my internet connection.

    could be good if there wasn't a popup on every page dogging you about what you can do. they never seem to go away. im never allowed to use the app without being molested by their notices. it's unprofessional and interferes with my work flow.
