    I learned a lot from the guidance in this program, but unfortunately the app itself needs a lot of attention and updating. It’s glitchy, difficult to use, and aesthetically feels tired, think public university online portal ca. 2014. If it were free, fine, but not willing to pay a monthly. Luckily, Jud Brewer has a new book on the topic which you can purchase for the price of about one month’s membership to this app, and it outlines the whole program.

    This app is more than I anticipated in every way. I had tried an earlier version and this is so much better. The pace is so well timed to true learning. The short video intros each day combined with a wide array of tools have allowed me to make some fundamental changes in my relationships with food and eating that have puzzled me for decades... including a decade and a half of studying Zen. I highly recommend this wonderful app and wish you well in your journey.

    After a lifetime of struggling with my relationship with food through many different programs and therapies, Eat Right Now changed everything for me. When it comes to providing the keys to finally understand yourself and why you engage in unproductive or self-destructive habits around food or anxiety, Judson Brewer is the messiah. Plus he he seems like the most humble, nicest guy on the planet.

    This app continuously charges. I signed up for 6 months only - yet I keep getting charged. I think it’s cancelled yet they end up charging again and I have to go through the cancellation process again.

    This app is fantastic! I have always known that I was an emotional eater but have never been able to find a way to overcome it. After reading The Craving Mind, I downloaded this app. I love the approach - address the mental part of overeating and encouraging mindfulness. After less than a week I have definitely think before I snack. Looking forward to continuing the program and developing better habits. Bravo!
