    I downloaded it because I use my Personal Hotspot for my gaming console but i tried to make a call its making me suscribe I don't like the latest update

    I had issues with voicemails and texts being lost. Delays in answering the phone.. for example I would say hello and a client won't hear me for 15 seconds. When sideline went from a free app to a paid it was said these issues would be resolved. So, I paid the $70 for the year. Absolutely nothing was resolved. All the same problems. Customer service is AWFUL. It takes DAYS to get a response for an issue... with one request about the service not working I got an email 9 days after the issue.. NINE! Customer service will ask you to send info about the phone number that called you that gave you the issue or a screenshot of the conversation/call and I have done that many times but every time I do that nothing gets resolved. I am also told to restart the app or remove it then download again. Or even to restart my phone. I shouldn't have to do this every 4 days to make my paid business line work. It's unrealistic, a total pain and frankly unprofessional to keep telling me to do the same thing over and over again. Also, the "customer service" also uses the wrong name to respond to me every time (not important but shows how much they are not paying attention). I fully fully regret paying the $70 and using this as my business line.

    For some reason I can’t see the contact names or numbers whenever I receive an incoming call. It just says incoming sideline call. Never used to do this before, could there be a solution?

    Works everywhere. Does everything you need as if you hade another phone. Only thing is the monthly cost I think is a lil high but with it I guess.

    I had a sideline number for almost a year and loved the free service. I have a small business and didn’t need to use it often so the free aspect was nice. I had a baby and took some time off for maternity leave and lost my number because I didn’t use it for 30 days. When I came back, I found out it is $10/mo now. No thank you! So displeased!
  • Great live customer service

    I was having problems receiving incoming calls on the app, so I sent customer service a message. I was connected with a representative named Christian. This representative fix my issues immediately. I had changed my phone number but did not update it in the sideline app, so all my calls were going to my old phone number. The representative told me to log out and then log back in, and then they connected my new phone number to my sideline account. Thank you Christian you were patient and very knowledgeable. I love this app. Only negative is it cost too much. I feel it’s only worth 4.99 per month. Other than that I really like it.

    I really hate that I paid for a year. Where do I start there’s a list of problems All my calls my are not coming through , I can’t hear people when they call, I can’t block people I really wish I can get my money I can’t believe I paid for a full year... also when people call it says that this phone has been disconnected. There’s no customer service number to call to report your issues don’t buy this service buy at your own risk...
