    It grieves me to have to give a two star rating. The movies and shows I’ve been watching have been pretty good compared to 5/6 years ago (2017) but the app is very frustrating. One thing I really miss in this app is that I can’t scroll back 10 seconds or forward 10 seconds. Seems like an easy thing to include?

    I can’t sign on to my Pureflix app anymore. I still have a membership that I pay for. How do I get back on the app? I tried downloading it and reinstalled it. No luck. It won’t let me even click sign in on the bottom of the screen to login. What do I do??

    I have been trying to cancel this subscription for two months. There is no assistance on doing so. When I pull up the app and go under manage subscriptions it only gives me the option of changing subscription not cancelling it. It is very frustrating.

    Love the content, despise the app development. It’s really unfortunate how terrible the app design is. It’s borderline unusable. Searching the app is difficult, you have to type in exactly what you are searching for in order to find it. If you want to browse, you are unable to because there are no images on the show, and the title does appear either. You might as well open the app and say suprise me. These same issues happen across all iOS,iPadOS, and tvOS. I truthfully might suspend my subs til this is resolved. I use pure flix to edify myself, not lose my salvation because of my frustration with this app.

    Try to use the app to sign up but it would not let me. Had to go online to sign up and set up account. Now can’t use app because it wants me to sign up again and to get to anywhere to sign in with already an account you have to go through process as if you are signing up again and then after it’s wanting your info at the the bottom it has “ if you already have an account sign in” but when you hit that it doesn’t do anything. So can’t use app at all. Should have a way to sign in if you already have an account when app first opens. So now I can only go online to watch can’t even use the app.

    Hello again! I cannot find my original review to add what I forgot, so here we go. As stated in my other review, the concept and content are outstanding! The only thing I want to add that I forgot to say previously, is that it needs a “continue watching” and “my list” sections. Those seem to be pretty standard on most streaming platforms, except yours. Overall, you guys are doing a great job!
  • Can’t stream on Chromecast anymore!

    The app doesn’t have access to the local network in the house so it doesn’t see the Chromecast and can’t stream anything anymore. A lot of people have brought up the issue but still no updated app for more than 2 months. Very disappointing!
