We have ages NB through 80 in our home and love being together. Now my favorite networks merge to give us enjoyable and life situations that we all can relate to and scripture to help. Love all the pure shows! Would love that they would have a Checklist list of what shows you have watched like Hallmark presently has. Also the heart ADD TO MY LIST….It doesn’t work at all to even add ones I have watched to keep track of them. Poor planning and hope this improves, that’s the only reasons I have this a two star. Once these two things are added and corrected, it would be a five star!

You can’t manage anything on the app itself. that was the first red flag. There’s no reason for this app to be this poorly made. when attempting to cancel, i had to click it 7 times, as it keeps asking “are you sure? don’t you want to this? or this?” The only thing the developer has faith in is money.

I’ve been a subscriber to PureFlix for 7-8 years. I had always enjoyed and was very satisfied with their service. But in all honesty, and my opinion, the service has gotten very weak since PureFlix and Great American merged together. Many of the movies I have enjoyed have been discontinued, and replaced by dreamland fantasy romance movies or shows. I can understand movies being shown for awhile, removed for 6 months, and the then come back in a rotation manner type format. It’s not the case anymore. At least for the past year and a half. All the new additions are pretty much foo foo type romance movies. I may as well watch the Hallmark channel, and their fantasy land type movies and shows. The movies and shows that I enjoyed watching on PureFlix, before merging with Great American, the end of times type of movies, Scripture based movies or true life stories, many have disappeared. Not to be seen since the merger. I had hoped those types of movies and series would return, but nope, just more new foo foo Hallmark romances. At this point, I won’t be renewing membership when it expires. I was going to cancel this past renewal, but hoped it would change to a rotating of movies like in the past, but after 3 months into my renewal, no change at all. So I’m pretty much through with this service at the end of my subscription. Too bad David A.R. White and friends weren’t still owners and running the service. Even the new app, I call it new only because the original PureFlix app was much friendlier. The app now is terrible when scanning through the viewing selections. There’s only small icon like pictures of the movies or shows, that you can barely read the title without opening that particular selection, where you can read about the movie’s story, actors, etc., which is normal. What isn’t normal, after reading that information and you go back to view other movie selections, it doesn’t take you back to the place you were before when you opened the one movie information. It takes you all the way back to the front homepage of the app where you originally began. And then you have start scrolling through everything all over again to get back to where you were. That NEVER was the case with the old original PureFlix app. Personally, I’m sorry to say I feel this service has taken a complete nosedive into the abyss. It’s become a near copycat of the Hallmark Channel. When my renewal comes up in 2025, I won’t be renewing. If you like foo foo fantasy romance type shows and movies like the Hallmark Channel, it’s for you. If you like end of times, scripture based type movies, it’s become very limited to what it once was, not worth it to me anymore.

Love the content, just wish you could save movies/shows to your “My List.” The heart button doesn’t work.

It’s really annoying you can’t actually heart and save movies you want to watch on the app

Template will not show in the TV, cellphone, IPad etc… We cannot see the images of the videos. We have to click on the movie to know what it is. Please fix it. Thanks :)

I have been enjoying Pure Flix for several years now. Love the programs.

I recently downloaded and subscribed to this and I’ve only been able to watch a few things because shows/movies continue to freeze and never start back up again for me.

So I had a card on file with this company and I don’t even have it anymore it is blocked. , but somehow they got my information from my other card without me giving it to them or anything and they build me on my other card. !!!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD !!! Trust me they will get your money somehow or another to bill you again on your yearly!!!!!!
