PureFlix

The Pureflix app and movies have improved over the years, especially once joined with Great American Family. One little suggestion. I stream with Apple TV and it would be nice to have the GAF app connect with the Apple TV app. May not be possible, but it would be a nice feature. The GAF app is great and the last few updates have made it even easier to use. Love the app, love the content and the price!

I have just about given up all secular media. And it has been very refreshing to find quality content without all the junk here on Pure Flix. I especially love the original content on here. The original romcoms I have watched have all been cute and not hallmark cheesy. My older girls (ages 8 & 10) also love that they can watch “grownup” movies with me! I would love to see more original drama series. The ones I have watched have been very good. Especially Vindication and A Thousand Tomorrows! I would love to see more original kid’s content that isn’t super short or too over the top. I also would like some of the app bugs to be fixed. I cannot save anything to my list on my iPhone or my Samsung tv. That can be frustrating if you find content you want to watch and then can’t easily find it again. Thanks for improving the content on here so much! Keep up the good work! We’re hooked and spreading the word!

I am a new member. I have had Netflix since March. I have got to watch two or three movies and enjoyed them but now I cannot get it on my TV or on my iPhone. I do not understand why I did before I do not know what changed and I cannot reach PureFlix, I have tried to that automated thing to no avail. I cannot reach a person that can help me and it very frustrating.

I only have one tv in the house and I don’t have anyone trying to game while using my streaming service. I have 300 bmp service and this app is constantly crashing and starting over to clear space. Wish I hadn’t waisted my money for a whole year. I actually forgot why I got rid of this the last time I ordered PureFlix. If I could get my money back right now I’d cancel immediately

The heart feature isn't working

The movies are great and I like playing VeggieTales for my kids, but we are even lucky if the app is working or we can play a movie. The new update is just so bad. As I write this, I’m still trying to get the app to work. Such a shame.

I tried the free trial for one day. The app moved extremely slow. A lot of the kids shows didn’t even work, and some are missing sound. Very odd that you are wanting people to sign up & pay money for this app when it works so poorly. Please fix it & try again before you lose all your clients.

The app has been reinstalled, phone has been updated, and the app will not let you HEART/LIKE/FAVORITE A show/movie. Will be cancelling. Customer service is useless…will not work on a tv either. Logged out, logged back in…nothing works. Just signed up…no thanks!
