The maps have not been updated since the fourth quarter of 2022. December 1, 2022 I have notice thetr are no maps for United States of America. When are you issue maps for the United States of America cause right now there are new iOS maps for the United States of America. 8/19/2022 The maps needs updating. They are almost eight months old. 2/28/2022 I have sent several emails on the traffic feature in the IGO navigation app for iOS. that’s not working. It does not announce traffic. I have announced traffic option set in settings but it still doesn’t work and it doesn’t let me know if there’s traffic congestion ahead. I hope someone would answer this email. I’ve been sent an email for months it seem as if no one is responding. This is very poor customer service. 12/27/2021 z this company has not update its maps in over a year. It also has not updated the app. Has the company stopped supporting the iOS app. 4/28/2022. App does not have car play support. Also, no one answers emails. Impossible to get support from their web site or emails. Very poor customer service. App has not been updated in over a year. Not even the android version. I guess the company doesn’t care about people buying it.

I like this navigation, but after updating to iOS 17, it stopped workin.

I gave igo a one star review a few years ago and they deserved it. They have since fixed the show stopper issues on the app display itself and the horrible audio on the vehicle Bluetooth. Their recent release has fixed all that. I have a lot of different navigation apps and iGO is my favorite amongst all of them.

Not working charge phone maps not working

Maybe iGO was a good navigator back in Stone Age but as a modern iOS app it’s a total mess. Only a single day trial? I needed just 30 minutes to delete it. UI is terrible: it took me several of those 30 minutes to find out how to get back to main menu after I moved and scaled the map. 🤯 Online search as a paid option? Seriously, at this time? Does Google not exist in your reality?🤷‍♀️ And the last thing for me was the impossibility to paste in the search field. Why? What’s the problem with that? Also coordinates. One has either to remember them or to write down on a piece of paper and then enter manually using their special keyboard 🤦🏻‍♂️

Even with IGO audio set to off and sounds muted, opening this app turns off any audio that’s playing. If I close this app restart Music app, Music audio turns off when this app is reopened. I never use this app anymore - without music, I’d rather be lost :) Weak work around: While checking out configuration wizard, the audio from other apps started playing again. If I change focus to a different app the audio cuts out again. If I run configuration wizard again without closing IGO, the volume of other apps only goes about halfway up and the volume fluctuates randomly. Now, new iPhone 13 Pro only shows background color and when viewing whole country you see sone mountain shading. There are no roads, place names, or any detail. When the app opens it says no maps are downloaded, but they show as installed. (deleted and reinstalled for 3rd time, still no detail).

Please add option to export and import favorites

I have use this app often on for quite a while, and I paid for the North American package and traffic. Today, I received a notice that my traffic package had expired. That makes sense. It’s been a while since I purchased it. So I tried to re-purchase it. Error 108. After attempting to do this a couple of times, I decided that I would delete the app and reinstall it to see if that would make a difference. Now I can’t even restore the old maps I had. Any attempt to purchase an item results in an error 108. The app is now useless.
