    Used to be good not great. They updated app and my camera I purchased 6 weeks before was out not compatible with update. Complained and customer service said to bad.

    When you purchase the cameras you must pay for monthly service to get 30 second recordings, with that being said it records some times then goes days without recording one thing. Even if you stand directly in front of the camera and wave, it records nothing. We paid over $500 including the cameras for limited service. People that believe they need this service to protect there home and items from theft and vandalism will be very disappointed in the money they waste because of something does transpire this service captures nothing. Battery life is awful must be changed every few days, so using the cord is almost a must do.

    Purchased cam 2 yrs ago. Worked good most of the time. One week ago app started freaking out. Now I can’t even login. And no customer service or support to be found. Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t pick 0.

    My ability to use my two Guardzilla cameras have been spotty since I bought them. For the past month, whenever I pull up the app I get a login screen, which has never happened before. When I try to login I get “Login failed-try again in a few minutes”. I have yet been able to log in. When I go to, I get “The server cannot be found”. They have my money, and it seems I have no recourse...

    Just purchased the “in-home 360° camera” and when I tried to sign up with the app I kept getting an error and couldn't complete my account. I also tried the guardzilla website but couldn’t get through either. The website is completely down.
