    My daughter lives in Louisville and we don’t really have time to FaceTime each other. But with Marco Polo, I can send her a clip, she can watch it at her leisure and reply back. Also, with the premium membership I know that she will have these videos long after I’m gone.

    I hate talking on the phone and playing phone tag. I also don’t think texting is a sufficient communication tool for anything other than quick messages. Marco Polo is a game changer. It’s allowing me to connect with new people on a deep level and stay in touch with long distance friends in a convenient and meaningful way. 10/10 recommend!

    This program lets me experience face-to-face with people on MY time and allows friends and family to listen to me on THEIR time and respond when it’s convenient for them, not just because the phone rings. I get lovely travel logs, garden tours, philosophical discussions and grandkid antics that I can watch when I have time. It’s also an easy way for people who are shy to discuss things in face-to-face or on the phone to actually express themselves freely. It’s allowed me to stay in touch on a “face-to-face basis” with people when it’s convenient for both the sender AND the receiver. I love Marco Polo!

    When trying to log into account it says can’t reach network but there is nothing wrong with my network. Can’t reach support because it says unavailable

    As a user from the beginning, when Marco Polo first came out. We had features that they then decided were worth money and made part of the paid version. instead of rewarding their loyal customers, and allowing them to keep these features, they just took them away.

    Not sure what else to do but I am working on finding another method of conveniently communicating by video with friends and family throughout the country. I paid for the annual membership and am not able to use some of the features that I really want like the notes feature. My friends and family from several states away leave long Marcos, and I am not able to take notes - anytime I tap to use the feature, it freezes the app and shuts it down after about 20 seconds. The support team is great at responding to my emails, but all I am getting after a month of back and forth emails is that "the team is still investigating this issue" with no solution, offers of recourse, extending my membership, refund, etc. It worked fine on my Android, but it doesn't on my iPhone which is my primary device as of a few months ago. Update 4/21/2024: Communicated with their customer support via email multiple times in February and was told I would receive an update, but it has been nothing but crickets since then. Still the same issues. I won't be renewing without a fix. Frustrated because I really liked this app.

    I live so far away from my family and old friends. This provides me with daily interactions so that when we do reconnect in person, no time is lost. I LOVE Marco Polo!!!

    I love this app. However, it has not worked for 2 weeks now. I click the icon and it looks like it’s going to work but then the app closes. It will not stay open for more than 5 seconds. I have turned my phone off and back on, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing is working. So I would give it 5 stars if I could actually use the app. When it works it’s great but I’ve had many issues with this app. I’m on the search for a new video messaging app. I have contacted support. Its been over a week and i havent heard anything. App still wont load and sty loaded long enough for me to use it. Ive checked for an upfaye and nothing. Very frusrrating. If i was paying for thisni would be extremely upset especially by the lack of cuatomwr support.
