  • Tracks like twice a week

    By Lizzie 109
It doesn’t track every day (despite wearing my watch to sleep with battery). It just tracks like every 4 days. So dumb! Obviously I want every day tracked! Please fix this glitch
  • Doesn’t always work

    By Happyluckyjoyjoy
I wear my Apple Watch to bed every night, tried to use the fancy setting where it records sound but after fiddling with it a week and it worked only one night, and while it was set to turn off my iPhone screen it was still black but gave off light so drained more battery. I eventually gave up and just used the automatic setting. This setting works most days but not everyday. Would be nice if it were easier to read the times as well. My FitBit in contrast seemed to work all the time and list the hours of sleep wake in a way that was easier to read. I know there’s a menu to see this data but it’s buried in the app and the Apple health app and is listed in a way that is hard to read. I decided not to renew the subscription.
  • Crap

    By .Pook.
Have yet to use it because even when my watch is 100% charged the app says my battery is too low. Now deleted.
  • Very Innacurate

    By Tinylilyrose
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks and find that it’s only recording my nighttime sleep accurately. I nap during the day as I’m recovering from surgery, and those sessions aren’t recorded correctly. It says I’m laying down when I’m not, times are inaccurate, and if it records at all, it says that I’m asleep when I’m not. Maybe my night sleep isn’t accurate either.
  • Best app I’ve found so far

    By TaunyaG
I’ve tried about 5 Sleep apps and this one is so far the most accurate even though it’s only 90% accurate. I don’t use the audio. It seems to not work for me. I mainly use it for how many times it catches me awake, like going to the bathroom, or randomly waking up and looking at the clock and seeing if it can detect how long it took for me to go back to sleep. In some cases, it’s pretty accurate and in other cases, it says I went to the bathroom for 38 minutes when I was in and out and back to sleep in minutes. As far as the deep sleep and light sleep tracker, I think it’s possibly pretty close on target. But still I still only give this app a 90% and I’d give it a 4.5 star rating but it won’t let me so it gets a 4. I’ll still be in search for a better Apple sleep app. I think Fitbit still has the best 99% accurate sleep technology.
  • Not accurate sleep tracking!

    By review108638042553986!
I’ve been using the app for about a month now hoping it would start to track accurately and it isn’t even close!
  • I can't end my subscription

    By NPGuru
trying to end the subscription --i've asked tjr help desk--and not easy at all. This app is stressing me out --
  • Automatic detection is not accurate

    By Terryxinghaha62
I wear my watch to sleep and enabled the auto detection mode. But it looks like it did not catch all my sleep sessions and had false positive.
  • Issues related to bug in iOS 12.4 and iOS 13.x deserves a 1*

    By Ginnythisisridiculous
Paid for Premium Pillow app, purchased a new IWatch in order to receive the very best report. For weeks, I’ve tried everything to get the app to work. The videos on app are a different screen than I have. My sleep report graph looks completely different. I reached out to help desk 4 times with delayed responses. Finally after trying everything suggested, today I am told there are issues with iOS. If an individual needs the best sleep app, pays for it and still doesn’t get results after 4 weeks of effort, the app deserves a 1 Rating I gave a 3* because of the information it reported.
  • No longer working - This use to be a trusted alarm

Sad to say this has gone down hill the update has ruined this application.
