Use to be great app. For past couple months, says only sleep an hour or so a night. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if makes difference and no change. App is no longer beneficial.

The Pillow app is a great way of tracking your sleep stages and how heart rate relates. If there’s a malfunction it’s probably due to “operational error” such as forgetting to put your watch on your wrist.

I have used pillow for about six months and it does a great job keeping up with all facets of my sleep.

This app worked perfectly for years. Over the last six months it has ceased to work at all. The records it produces are so blatantly off that it renders the app completely useless. It says I slept two hours one night. The next night I slept five hours, the next night an hour and a half. Seriously! I actually slept close to eight hours all of those nights. This is a worthless worthless app. I don't know what they did to ruin it.

Pillow is a vital part of my healthcare and has been insightful. I’ve always considered myself a ‘long sleeper.’ The app has revealed that I sleep less than I thought. I don’t think it is always correct, however. When I’m practicing meditation, the app sometimes thinks I’m asleep. Oxygen levels are only as good as your wearable, and your arm needs to be pretty straight to get accurate readings. When you are curled up, it generally reads low & my doctor says to take the number with a grain of salt. I’m also questioning if the mic is picking up me, my husband, or the dogs who snore like bears! The price is fair for the amount of data the app collects, and I’m happy with the service.
