    Everything went perfect looking for a couch for my dad who is disabled. When I went to check out, the only problem I had was I was supposed to get 10% off, but it wouldn’t give me the 10% off. That is the only reason I did not give it a full 100% stars. I can’t wait to get the couch for my dad. It looks like it’s going to be a goodbye and the price was decent even without getting the 10% off if the couch is as good as it looks, it’s still gonna be a good purchase.

    Server down message for over a week.FIXED Customer service reached out to let me know there was an update and app worked again. So happy! I’ve always loved Wayfair and was just frustrated with technology.

    A lot of what I have ordered doesn’t match the pictures or descriptions on the site. The images make the furniture seem much more high-quality than it actually is. Wayfair will the. OK, bye charge you and astronomical rate to return anything and be difficult if it needs to be replaced.

    I’m trying to create a login and I’m supposed to retrieve the code sent to me by email. Every time I input it, it says the code is incorrect. I have checked it several times and even copied and paste from the email you sent. Still doesn’t work. I will probably never come back because I hate dealing with this type of nonsense.

    I have bought several things through Wayfair that have arrived with minor damage. Their return and replacement policy is by far the easiest and painless I have experienced with any other company. I keep coming back to them for all of my furniture needs, because I know they will be reliable.

    There should be a number to ask General Questions besides orders. The first customer service representative she is impatient and other attempts are useless. I still have A LOT OF QUESTIONS before I start to shop. ALSO I DO NOT WANT MY INFORMATION BEING SOLD OR SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES TOO MUCH JUNK EMAILS! QRCODE SECTION to find store location it is NOT WORKING I UPDATED THE APP 20 minutes ago.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. The delivery was delayed multiple times without any valid explanation, ultimately resulting in the order not arriving at all. This lack of reliability and communication from the company is unacceptable. I expected far better service and am dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.
