    It is impossible to export the weights recorded in the app’s progress tracker. I have reached out many times to customer support and never received a response.

    This is great to do in the morning to wake you up and get you started for the day. Especially if your a busy person and don't have time to workout. It requires you to use strength and cardio with no equipment and its over before you know it. And I love that you can add more rounds or spend more time on the movements, if you have the time.

  • Great App for filling the Breaks in my Day

    I have to say, I love how it has made me aware of some free time in my workday. Now I run through it and that gets me motivated to do my next task. I use it after I have completed a task at work and need to switch to a new thing. I start up the 7 Minute track, work through it, knowing it’s short, and it is a great way for me to get back to my desk feeling pumped! I’m shaping up, while working at home because I can fit this into my day a few times, rather than jumping onto a mind numbing game, that gets me nowhere. It’s all about where you choose your motivation and it has helped me think differently about small moments in my day.

    I’ve loved this app and used it on and off for almost 10 years, but it’s driving me crazy that as I tried to get back into it recently it crashes any time you try to play one of the videos that shows the proper way to do each exercise movement. I hope this gets fixed!
