  • It started fine but hasnt been working lately

    I have been using the app for a while now. Started experiencing issues with it for almost about a year. The app crashes if i try to do exercises video option. No fix yet.

    I cannot run it on video mode, when I select video mode and when the timer ends the app automatically closes. Tried it to run several times but it keeps crashing. . I’m using the app on iPhone 11 Pro Max which is running IOS 14.2 .

    I enjoy using this app and would give it 5 stars until recently. I paid to unlock the 3rd bonus group but they wouldn’t load for a workout and couldn’t be included in a custom workout, so basically useless. I repeatedly sent feedback through the app and no response. Maybe they will respond to this. Customer service is so important when there are dozens of choices. If I don’t hear from them I’ll switch to another app.

    I don’t normally write reviews, but I recommend this app all the time to friends and acquaintances that say they don’t have time/ don’t like to work out. It’s so easy and it’s over before you know it and can be done ANYWHERE. Do it!

    Quick Go To When You're Short on Time! Usually I trail run, but when it's cold, or I don't have the time, this app is easy, quick, and I can go through it a few times for a longer workout.
