    This app kills it. Way better than other free apps and they don’t include super annoying push notifications to try and up sell you. Had this app since I was 18 so that’s something like 5-6 years now. Thank you to the developers :)

    I use the app when I want to get in a quick workout. It gets my heart rate up and uses mostly body weight so I can do it just about anywhere.

    I’m not a daily exerciser, but over the months I’ve seen my strength increase, and maintain. Even without using the app for three months one time I was able to return to it without hardly any decrease in strength. It’s much better of course to do it almost every day, I sometimes just use it as a timer and for suggestions of which area to work on and invent my own stretches and movements. The app keeps me motivated.

    I LOVE this app!! I’ve been using it for over 5 years now and it’s great. It’s the best, FASTEST, easiest, go-anywhere way to stay in shape. I do it at home, in hotel rooms, at friends’ houses when I’m visiting, even in the infrared saunas at Hotworx! It’s so easy to only have to commit 7 minutes each day and to see such great, measurable results.
