    I have been using Setmore for two years and have had zero issues until last month when they updated the interface. Since, I have faced so many issues: them randomly changing all of my appointments (past and future) to different times; clients on my customers list being deleted and losing the data I used to track their visits; not being able to edit appointments; appointment reminders being sent for the wrong time; and the worst of all is my clients being flooded with emails with appointment reminders that were never made. It’s made me look so unprofessional and has created extra work for me. Currently, I am paying for the service but I haven’t been able to properly use it for over a month!! I am having to create appointments and send out reminders myself. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. Find yourself a more reliable service like I will now be forced to do.

    I would love it if setmore had more of a option as far as scheduling where I as a Tech can make my own schedule because I don’t have a set schedule i have kitds so I go by appointment only. If I could schedule around my hours then that would be cool.

    I own a dog training business. I use this app for scheduling clients and group classes. At the start, it functioned perfectly, we were very pleased. In the last year, it has been a constant, absurd fight to get people on my group class list. The app won’t let my clients sign up for class, or it tells them the class is full when it’s not, or they can’t use the url they’re supposed to use. No matter how many times we contact the staff at setmore, they can’t fix it. It used to be every other week, now it is every single time I have a group class. It’s embarrassing and unprofessional, and we are currently looking for another system to use.

  • Can’t see the owner’s calendar from my phone

    Since you performed the update several months ago, I cannot see the owner of the account’s calendar from the mobile app. I can see the calendar for all other staff members except for him. Please fix. Thanks.

    I’m not a review writer, but I decided this time I was going to write a review. I’ve been using for about three years i’ve been very happy with Setmore until the last four or five months. Three years ago I left Salon Iris because their program kept deleting my appointments kept deleting without my knowledge, so when client showed up unexpectedly, I told them they didn’t have an appointment on the books blaming the appointment program it made it look like I was covering up my mistake. Needless to say pissing my clients off and I did lose clients because of it. Now here, I am three years later having same issue with Setmore. Their program deleted a year worth of appointments for a client not only did it delete the year. It actually rescheduled the year of 2024 and booked it for 2025 how that happened I don’t know cause I know I didn’t do it. It has deleted several appointments where people showed up I haven’t been there or I’ve had another client in there appointment time and some of the clients are older or more disabled and it’s hard for them to get to my place and I cannot do them and I’ve had to reschedule them. I had a client who got two reminders for two different days but only one appointment showed up on the books. When I called customer service, they told me that I was the one who deleted the year of appointments and I told them no I did not do that. I would not do that. Why would I do that and why would I delete a whole year of appointments and rebook it for the following year that’s illogical, why would I delete my appointment? They told me that it had my name on it, showing that I deleted it. Well I guess that if it was deleted off of my computer or my phone that it would have my name on it since it was my property that’s logical it’s not gonna have Joe Blow’s name on it because his name is not on my computer, so I’m the only one that you can say deleted it if it’s my computer am I right? I don’t like that they find ways to blame the client for the problem instead of looking within their product when I’ve had problems before I get emails saying that they find no problem another word that your imagination. This program is too expensive to deal with problems like this they need to fix it and stop blaming the clients
