    As usual, the most recent expansion release is so poorly balanced I’ve uninstalled. They’ll fix it in a couple months but I highly doubt blizzard cares as long as people are buying. Major disappointment

    I have played this game since release, it’s had its ups and downs but it’s in it’s best state for new players. In all seriousness. Standard tends to always need nerfs and changes but I spend most my time in the wastes of wild. And as always with all card games there’s power creep but EH I love it.

    This game requires you to spend insane amount of money to keep up with the current players. They just made matters worse by changing the rewards for playing. Dont waste your time and money on this trash

    Blizzard has crossed the line- too hard and long quests for little rewards. They acting like this is game where people should spend 60 dollars every couple months or so.

    Started off well, but with the Blizzard’s inability to balance the game like they used to, there are typically just 3 or 4 deck archetypes viable per season. Coupled with the removal of the only truly original play through- Duels- this is a game on its way to join Blizzard’s other abandoned franchises.

    Seems like it could be fun. I only played it one time when I first downloaded it, but since then every time I try to turn it on I can’t get past the gates. I updated the app yesterday when it became available but that hasn’t fixed the problem.

    I’ve been a paying player for around 9 years at this point. The 10th anniversary was a joke, HS twist and duels which are game modes I felt rewarded for being a long time player in are either seasonal or removed. Meta and balance wise the game has been super fun, but the rampant ways in which they try to milk the players for their wallet have been miserable to play around. The most recent whizbang expansion is the first in a while that I haven’t preordered due to blizzard milking the player base, and now they are going even further by making weeklies much harder to complete as a casual player. I’m dropping the game for now, I hope that especially if you are a new player you don’t pick it up and waste your money because blizzard will prey on you.

    After playing this game for 10 years, you’ve finally managed to chase me off. I suffered through all your pay to win schemes for years until you developed battlegrounds. Finally a game I could play casually on the same footing as my competitors, that yes, when you stopped letting us pay gold for extra slots became another pay to win scheme, but was still winnable without them. I thought it wouldn’t be possible to screw up battlegrounds worse than last season, but Blizzard, you’ve done it. It’s obvious you didn’t think this out. You’ve absolutely ruined this game for the solo player. Between being forced to endure noob play from the stranger you’re stuck with, losing because said noob decided to rage quit and ruin your game, and having to play entire matches against empty fields because someone else’s noob decided to quit, has made what used to be the best card battler into an unplayable mess. Bravo. Maybe I’ll be back next season. Hopefully I will have found something better to occupy my game time before then.
