This is a great App also very cute. I found this app from The Kitchen on food network. Marcela mentioned it as her app pick. Glad I was watching.

For the tenth time. Liking the page on Facebook via app leads to an endless loop of Facebook sign in/app. That being said. It simply is not worth paying 3$ for something I can find on the Internet for free.

A great app for those learning the primals and fabricated cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. Culinary students and chefs alike will the info useful. If you "like" the app on Facebook l, you can get chicken for free and a discount lamb and pork, beef is free.

The ribeye roast is defined in this app's text as boneless, but its illustration shows bones. Another: the X-ray feature does not hold the skeleton. Rather, it goes only to organs. Quibbles, granted, generally this is a useful app.

Good app. I do however wish they would go into a little more detail of each cooking method. Such as minutes per pound. But at least it tells you different methods of cooking on the different cuts.

Heard about this app on THE KITCHEN so I figured I would check it out. While it gives good information on beef, I can't review anything else because you have to purchase the info on other meats. Not worth it

I can't believe this amazing little App hasn't received more attention. I would have never discovered it had I not heard about it on a talk show discussing the hosts favorite Apps. The developer should consider renaming it. The name is the furthest thing from the actual topic when searching for food preparation etc. Anyhoo, great illustrations, filled with tons of great info on meat cuts and cooking variations. It's a keeper in my phone:)
