Constant ads, of course a person can pay extra and upgrade to get rid of the ads. No thanks! I am tired of constantly paying for everything. Nickel and dime to the poor house.

Would not have chosen Yahoo. Ridiculous amount of annoying ads. Only here as Cox divested mail service. Will most likely move over totally to Gmail.

The new design of the yahoo mail app is a downgrade. The lines dividing each email are no longer there. Themes are completely useless, regardless of the color theme you chose it is just a complete whiteout eyesore. Not a fan at all.
  • Horrible Forced Switch from Cox Email

Today, forced to switch to Yahoo email from Cox Cable email. On hold with Yahoo customer service for over an hour and then disconnected. Can’t import my Contacts. Tons of Ads popping up with no way to delete them. This is a nightmare. The GUI is messy and chaotic. Great job, Cox!!!!
  • Stop being lazy with Version History

The point of Version History is to tell users what has changed. Yet through 6 months of updates, you’re simply copying/pasting the same text. That's not helpful. Stop being lazy, or secretive, and respect your users with proper notes for the Version History.

Changed my review to make it less of a read. Still had zero help minus the developers who responded to my review who still told me the same generic answer ive read online 50 times. Wasted hours on something that should have been fixed in 10 mins for free. Finally got it fixed but not with the “help” i got from yahoo support. Definitely dont recommend yahoo. Glad your proud of your 4.6 reviews if I remember it used to be 4.8 so... must be that quality support

The only thing I get is scams, junk mail and advertisements. Personal emails never arrive. I tried calling the help line and after hours of waiting still no answer

    - does not work it closes the screen out and never deletes! * it seems to be fixed now.. I was clicking the round dot in front of email subject on main inbox screen and clicking delete for multiple emails! But this last update must of fixed it!
  • Emails don’t come through

About a third of my emails do not load in the app. I have to leave the mobile site to truly get them all. Then I scroll back months and see more and more new emails. So frustrating.
