  • Thanks again for the useful application. Better than most. .

    By Susie Nguyen878
The thing is it’s not instantly recorded as a black box. Secondly the transcripts do not transcribe accurately largely because of my accents? Thanks again for your help and your thoughts on sharing this message. Thanks again for the useful application. Better than most. .
  • Cumbersome and no useful

    By ES386--
It records like it should but the transcribe feature is less than useless. Doesn’t make the distinction between different voices so it’s all one blurb instead of a conversation with exchanges between sides. Not worth the money I paid to use it for the few times.
  • It’s not free

    By TJarsun .
Requires you to input your number and then prompts you to pay 10 USD a month. Waste of time.
  • Not so Reliable after all

    By Instafreak247
I used it for a while and it works ok. There are a few occasions when I I called and hit recording but the recording didn’t show up after the call. Had to rely on my memory for meeting notes
  • Slow and not intuitive

    By Ferniefern83
The phone numbers are not recorded to the file name. Slow to update. So far I’m not impressed. Unlimited recording is good.
  • Unresponsive to unsubscribing

    By Fnefvkunrv
I ended the subscription shortly after I got it on the same day!! I tried getting customer support with no response! I still got charged, along with something else I didn’t agree to get!! I just got a notification from Apple that my subscription will be ending in a couple of weeks!!! It better, but this should have been taken care of by this company already. Not a word! I don’t trust this company.
  • Worst ever

    By Floredo
I did step by step on recording incoming call. It didn’t record one of the most important phone calls in my life. You are better off going old school and have a tape recorder next to you’re phone. Do NOT purchase this app if you need it for important calls
  • Only works once and then required to pay

    By AJ8542
When it allowed me to use the app, it worked fine for outgoing calls (never tried it with incoming calls at the time—read there’s a lot of steps though). Tried using it again recently and I have to pay a fee. Not a big issue except it’s a subscription based model.
  • DO NOT Fall for 7 Day Trial Scam

    By Mel77 G.
The 7 day trial is an absolute scam. I signed up and despite the promise to not charge until after the 7 days, I was charged the same day I downloaded and AFTER I canceled the subscription because I realized on my first use that the service is absolutely horrible. I will be contesting the charge with Apple and my bank.
  • Phone call recorder

I have to be suspicious of an app that gets your phone number and then won’t let you use it unless you give financial information and accept a 7 day free trial. Better to just be up front and say this app cost money to use!
