I’m loving this application. It’s very helpful in keeping me on track and organized . I hope this is helpful for me in the long run.

This app has helped tremendously in keeping me organized and moving forward. The one thing I would really like included is the ability to see all my projects in alphabetical order. I can do this with sub tasks. Currently my projects are listed in the order created. I’m now up to 26 projects so it’s becoming tiresome.
  • Massive paywall

For features similar to the free Apple Reminders or Google Keep apps, you have to pay a subscription. In particular, this includes notifications for reminders. The app doesn't include nag reminders, either, so why would I pay for it? Just use the included apps on your device or, if possible, a real-life planner.

I only pay for 2 apps, ToDoist is one of them. Easy to use, helps me keep track of my life. Can’t live without it by now
  • Good, but not great for habit tracking

I have some recurring tasks I want to do every day, but there is no way to complete a task I did yesterday and also did today.
  • Paywall for basic features and widgets are gone

The app is nice in my opinion and it’s the only app that will show you dates on tasks as “Monday” instead of “Mar 2” if they are within the next week which is easier for me to understand. The language recognition is also good, but then there’s the subscription. There is a subscription for things as basic as putting a reminder on a task. You also do not have the option to just pay for it outright but currently it’s $50 a year which is way too high for what it is. There are a lot of products where a subscription makes sense. This is not one of them. If I could pay a fixed for this version of the app and never have anymore updates I’d do that, but I will not subscribe.

New user who was attracted to this app, because of the profile test you can do to indicate which planning style is best to increase productivity and efficiency. It’s a bit complicated and intimidating at first, maybe I need to watch some of the videos. However, judging my experience with selecting other apps, it appears this can be very robust. Once I learn all the nuances, and optimistic, that this will prove to be a real help. I could see bumping my rating to a five at a later date.

It’s a bit cumbersome when working on team projects were more than one person has responsibilities to follow up
  • Great App - But $50/yr for Time-based Notifications?

Madness to charge that to set a notification time for a task. Yes you will have premium users, but I will no longer be using your app because of this limitation. Google Tasks here I come!
