Lyft

Had a driver that wasn’t driving very safely and I said as such in the review/rating. Lyft refunded the ride proactively. Impressed with that - normally i’d have expected to fight for it and go through a long review period but i didn’t even ask, they just refunded based on my review. Thank you Lyft!

Prices went up to sky, same service.

Y'all literally let anybody work for y’all. A driver scammed me out my money once and I couldn’t even get a refund because y’all claim in the app the ride was completed and there where no issues when the driver never came to get me!!!. Another thing I’m sick of is the slow pickups and drivers who drop the ride at the last minute, I put in the notes everyday that I use the app the time I have to be at work of course it’s never acknowledged or looked upon so what’s the point of that. Then y’all give the ride to drivers who decide instead of contacting the customer stating I won’t be able to come pick you up Im dropping the ride/drop the ride I won’t be able to come get you but no they don’t do that they wait till the very last minute to drop the ride then y’all assign somebody that’s even further out. Please make it make sense and y’all “customer service” is terrible. Overall Im unsatisfied and displeased with this app

First time as a Lyft rider found the whole process to be very user-friendly. Would highly recommend Lyft over Uber.. Found myself in a bind without a car first try to order an Uber downloaded the Uber rider app however when I went to actually use it, the system locked up. That was very frustrating. I then downloaded the Lyft app and I’ve made it to my destination. Definitely use Lyft again thank you.

My driver was Michael. He was on time, car was exceptionally clean, he knew the route to take and got me to my destination on schedule. I appreciate using Lyft services. Thanks Andy
