  • Meh…downgrade from features of mint

Super bummed that Mint moved to Credit Karma. Lost so many great features in the switch; makes it hard to actually see and track spending. Most pages of the app are adds to get loans or apply for credit cards.

I cannot even find my cash that I have available in order to transfer some back to my personal bank account. I’m not impressed!! Where’s my money? Where can I find in in the App?????

The app is just one giant advertisement. Lower your debt with this. Check out that credit card. You’re paying too much on xyz so buy this product. It doesn’t sync your accounts to track your net worth and no one responds for customer support. I switched from Mint, which I had used for years to track all of my accounts. This app is garbage and if I could give 0 stars I would.
  • I want my Mint back.

Yes. Please. What we ALLLLL needed was an app that aggregates all your fin data and shows a once-a-day snapshot of the total value with ABSOLUTELY NO DETAIL. No budgets. No categories/tracking. No spending reports. No trading details. No ability to refresh. The net worth chart shows your increase from the time you joined mint (like 10 years for me) instead of using the selectable time base (week, month, YTD, etc). I want my Mint back.

App is fine for viewing credit. Unfortunately they combined it with mint accounts, and compared to mint, 0.5 stars. I won’t be using intuit products anymore

I’ve used Intuit Credit Karma to view my credit and it’s been fine. However, I was using Intuit Mint for budgeting and the merge of Mint into CK is horrible. No more budgeting functionalities which was one of the main uses of the Mint platform. Poor decision, Intuit.

Credit karma money is a joke. I had a fraudulent transaction on my card, on feb 26,2024.. I’ve called over me over , responded to emails a bunch of back and forth and they froze my account! They will not contact me back to unlock it even after I have verified my identity, so they have not refunded my money that was taken out of my account and have locked up my money that I do have and refuse to help me. Thieves! Oh and their “credit score” isn’t accurate at all!
