    Refuses to let me log in to accept forwarded tickets. I know my credentials are correct but I went to reset password and it won’t let me. So dumb to make you download this trash just to access a ticket you already own

    Tried to get tickets for first responders and wouldn’t allow the use of the code. When I resolved the issue, the code was no longer available. Making things way harder then they need to be. Go back to paper tickets. At least give a option for a paper ticket. This makes you want to never go to a game again.

    This application is stating that I cannot access my tickets because I put in the wrong email address, but I put in the correct one verified it. It still does not have my tickets. Hopefully somebody who will actually answer this and help me find tickets. I I also tried to put in a help ticket, but it refused to let me submit it. This is the worst app I’ve used in a long time.

    I can no longer run the app, as it won’t bypass the update option even though it allowed me to install a previous option compatible with my phone. I’ve wasted a ton of time trying to get the earlier version to run. How stupid!! We all can’t afford to change phones every 3 years because of these app updates aaaargh

    I’d give it negative stars if I could!!! I’m required to use this app to get the tickets I just purchased for a baseball game tomorrow. But I can’t get an account to set up. After calling to report a problem, then being given another number to call who couldn’t help, I was given the another number to call. It was Saturday night the game was Sunday, when I called that number I reached a message that said they would be available Monday. Too late. Couldn’t use my tickets, bought some from a guy on the street and now I’d just like my money back. And you call this a response?! This is just some robo answer
