    Headspace has been a great tool with clients to manage anxiety, stress, or the effects of trauma. I use Headspace throughout my day to refocus and center my body, mind and spirit using mindfulness and meditation as I work as a counselor and teacher. Headspace is also great in the classroom to give adolescents a much needed break from anxiety or overwhelming feelings from social scenarios or sensory overload. I share the link with everyone that I work with!

    I tried to download it, paywall didn’t think much of it.. then months later I checked my mail they spamming me it was transferred to my junk mail for the amount of spamming. It only went away when got a new phone!!

    I’ve been putting off mediation for a long time- I know it’s good for me but never committed to it until now. Love how user-friendly Headspace is. There’s a good variety and I love how welcoming it is to newbies, like me. It’s not overwhelming to commit to only five minutes a day.
  • Absolutely worth the subscription cost

    This app makes meditation so much easier to learn. You can use the free sessions to get a solid foundation and be totally fine with just that. But the paid subscription has so much substance to it. So many more lessons, guided sessions with specific goals. This is a great app that I recommend all the time.

  • Isn’t that ironic!

    I signed up and paid for a full year. After about 3 weeks access to my account was inexplicably terminated. I sent an email to inquire and received an automated email back stating that they would try to get back to me in a week. After a week, I’m still waiting. Ironically the app that I purchased to mitigate stress and anxiety has become a source of stress and anxiety. Ha! Buyer beware.
  • Shady and fraudulent charge

    Do NOT use this app. It will not allow you to cancel prior to your renewal date. The result is you will automatically get charged for a year. They provide email addresses that do not work and their support desk is just an auto robot Do not use this app even if they offer a free trial as you will get forced to pay for an annual subscription
  • Small tweaks needed

    A little hard to navigate at times, what’s my next step, where’s my journey, sometimes I just want a 10min quick meditation to focus other times it’s to tone down stress. Sometimes I want to continue on with the courses I have started. It’s not clear how to navigate the app. Needs to be idiot proof.
  • Great app with one awful flaw

    Great content and flow. Equally good as Calm and a great balance as an alternative to keep your meditation practice fresh. Would be perhaps a perfect app if you could reset your progress on a given course back to the beginning at any point - otherwise you have the friction of having to manually remember your place for the next session. That’s the only significant flaw in an otherwise solid app.
