  • Love it, but...

    By Love_Cassie
I love headspace so much, it’s helped me work out a lot of things I’ve been dealing with mentally especially with my emotional state. However, I just switched from my Galaxy to my new IPhone and I’ve completely factory reset my galaxy so I know being signed in on another device isn’t the issue. But for some reason it won’t let me log in on my IPhone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve even changed my password thinking I wasn’t typing in the right info when in fact I was. I even turned my phone off and on, but nothing is working. I’m hoping it’s an issue on Headspaces end that way it can be fixed, because I have no idea what I’m going to do without this app with this pandemic going on.

The fact that sleepcasts are the only thing that helped me to fall asleep and now I have to pay to access is ridiculous. Forget meditating, sleepcasts were my only incentive to use the app. Guess I’ll have to delete now. Unfortunate.

  • Needs new Sleep material

So I’ve paid for the app, I’ve been using it for almost a year. I like it, I recommend it to everybody. But it’s kind of a bummer because they never update the sleep options. And the wind downs are SO similar to one another it gets frustrating. Same with the SOS meditations. They both get old after a while. I realize, it’s meditation, which theoretically I could do myself. But I bought the app to help keep me on track. So when it feels like the only new thing is the daily meditation which always ends in “open your eyes” it feels like a bit of a high price for nothing new month after month. I wish there was more variety. Please add some new sleep wind downs and new SOS meditations.
  • The BEST Meditation App Available

    By LizzyLouKgh5397
I’ve tried them all - all of the meditation and guided imagery apps. I’ve even had meditations specially made and recorded just for me (yes, I have issues). My therapist suggested that I give Headspace a try. I spent about a month using the free version of the app, and it is good. I really liked it and recommend it for those who don’t have the money to spend in the full app. However, if you do have the money and are just looking for the right app to spend it on, Headspace is it. Search Over. It has beginning meditation courses (and intermediate, and advanced), a comprehensive course for those with anxiety, it even has meditations for those in need of focusing in sports. It has a meditations part (I use it multiple times a day), a movement part (I’m going to get to that - soon), and, my personal favorite, the sleep part. There are sleep stories, sleep music, special meditations to help you get back to sleep if you wake... I feel like I could write for an hour and not cover all of the features of this app. Yes. The pay version is not too cheap, but it has been so, so worth it for me. I don’t see how I could go a day without this app. They don’t push too hard for you to buy, and never ask for a review. It’s just that good.
  • Make it free again!

I’ve used this app for over a year now and the more and more it gets popular, the more things get locked up and have to pay for it. I don’t want a free trail, I want an app that is FREE, like advertised, and I want to be able to sleep when my anxiety and brain is going crazy
  • Inaccessible

    By rdyy05031
Mental health should be available to everyone. It should not cost an expensive subscription to access resources. Mental health should not be a luxury, it should be a basic human right. It is frustrating that this app continually becomes more and more expensive and inaccessible for those who need it most.
  • Please Timer back please

Awesome App. What did they remove the little blob timer?! 🙃
  • Highly Recommend This App!

    By Villionaire
Always read about the benefits of meditation but never really stuck to it. Started using this app about a year ago and it the most value added habit/app in my life. Andy and other presenters in the app are some of the best I’ve tried. The animated videos make the meditation concepts easy to understand and explain. Now I’m one of those annoying people that push their loved ones to meditate 😆. Everyday is a good day to meditate, especially today.

When I first downloaded this app I didn’t think it was gonna be that good but I did it once and I felt so much more relaxed after it
