Browsing through the site, I found some interesting events I would like to attend.
  • Very unhappy with app

This app and its directions were very confusing and very misleading. I finally figured out what to do, but it took me about 15 minutes. And I still was not sure that I had accomplished my task.

The app consistently doesn’t show me tickets I know I’ve signed up for on my account. I had to creat a new account hoping that would help and it hasn’t. I try to get support from Eventbrite and I just keep getting sent in endless loops of nothing. Please fix app!

There are standards with logging into websites and apps. Adopt them, getting logged into the app to get tickets from a link I had texted to me should not be a difficult process.
  • Negligent, arrogant, lazy monopoly

No support in the website Random problems all the time - no one to talk with Only chance is to write in Facebook, where they sporadically give some replies If you can - stay away from those incompetent, greedy, nasty service

It is only because I’m so angry that I’m going to expend the energy to warn others about this app. I tried to order 2 tickets for an event, but kept getting an error message every time I submitted the payment. My wife then noticed we were getting alerts from our credit card company and it looked like the order went through 3 times (matching the number of times I tried to resubmit it). I also noticed we had 6 tickets showing in my account. Then I tried to reach someone at eventbrite, but of course like every other company that provides horrible service they give you no option to connect with a human being. So I have to write it out on a request and hope I was clear. AFTER I submitted the refund request I noticed that the 6 tickets were NOT 6 tickets at all, but 2 sets of all three options we selected for our 2 tickets, but showed as 6 different tickets. So I now realized I DON’T want the refund that I can’t take back. This purchase experience is a nightmare. How can these processes be so bad??
