    The app will open sometimes, not load anything and close suddenly. The majority of the time it doesn’t open at all. The app on my Samsung phone and on Roku tv works fine. It appears to be a problem with apple products.

    This app is aweful. Half the time I can’t get anything to load, it just tells me they are having technical difficulties and I have to completely shut off my iPad and restart. Fast forwarding or rewinding causes it to crash, then once that happens nothing will load so I have to restart.

    You went and changed everything . Overloaded the website with the same movies and series in several different categories , making it more difficult to watch my choices. Also, I can’t access my account because Your App on my I pad won’t open, nor on the main website. You are costing me money. I paid to watch your content and you are holding it hostage. I’m about READY TO Cancel! !!! I Chose the subscription because I’ve always loved Hallmark since I was A child. Now at 76 , I thought I d finally have some home entertainment because the programing on tv is awful and full of violence . Please fix the mess ! Mrs. Linda Kennedy Rochester, Ny

    I downloaded the app so I can get movies but it downloads then I can’t even open it to log in. I deleted and reinstalled several times and keep having the same issue. Really? So disappointed.

    I pay for this app and I can’t even watch the full movie. The movie cuts off the last 10 minutes before it’s over so I miss the ending. Makes me so mad.
  • Wanted to love…Hardly ever works

    I want to much to love this app. I have several series I truly enjoy. I pay every month for this app but EVERY single time I try to watch on it, I can not get through a whole episode without it freezing and having to reload. The most frustrating part of all though is when I down load some episodes to watch on the plane ( I travel a lot) and none of them play. I get an error code. Or one will play but it would make me skip several to watch it. Very very frustrating. I’ve tried emailing but go no real response. I tried calling but they weren’t open.

    Content is great. The app is glitchy and slow to load at times( doesn’t matter if using WiFi or cellular signal). The app logs you out after a while and won’t remember my login, and it will not use Apple’s Face ID to open the app. Air play errors out at times. You have to shut down the app completely and log back in to get it to work.

    This review is for the app itself not the streaming service content provided. All development effort was put into making the app visually “feminine”, but it’s so bare bones in performance, it doesn’t even offer an option to reduce cellular data consumption! It forces you to watch at top speed, in very high definition (1080p/blu-ray definition, or possibly even higher), or not at all. Netflix has offered multiple resolutions for years on their app, as well as YouTube, and many other streaming apps and services. Providing this option is something so simple and old, the option to reduce data consumption (i.e. watch in 360p, 480p “standard” definition) should be in there by default. But if you go into the settings for the Hallmark Movies Now app, the only option is cellular data on, or off! There’s also no way of throttling it via their website/account settings-it’s the same thing.

    This app makes me SO MAD!!! This makes the 3rd time that it won’t log me in and show that I am subscribed, even though I am! I checked everything and made sure!! But it’s ridiculous that I’m paying for things that I can’t watch! Currently waiting for a response from Customer Care…AGAIN!
