I love being able to check my result instead of waiting for a call from doctor and my chart makes it much easier to keep up with appointments

The financial piece is difficult to navigate. Things don’t go through to the app in a timely manner. Overall a poor experience.

Love the app but I just experienced entering a credit card number for the first time. Um, would be nice if you displayed a numeric key pad for this purpose. Thank you!

I like using MyChart. It’s advantageous to me to be able to read results before seeing physician. Very appreciative of all results being available to me !

My Chart gives me convenient access to my medical information, including appointments (checking results of past ones, setting up future appointments), messaging my care providers, renewing prescriptions, making payments.

One of the best apps! I like that I can have a virtual appointment and not have to go in to the Hospital to be seen for something minor. I can chat with nurses about anything. I love that my results come in as little as 15 minutes on the app. Last but not least, I love that my whole family has a profile under mine, & I can set up appointments, check test results right away and add pics to everybody’s profiles. Go Barnes Care!! #StL #BarnesJewish #StLouis

I do not understand why it is so hard to get a prescription refilled. I can only go on the medication‘s tab. You will not allow any other way to request a new prescription when I go into the medication tab the medication I need is not listed so I have no idea how to, notify the doctors office that I need a refill on Lipitor

This app, and the website, have gone down the toilet! I can’t load organization to be able to add them. It just perpetually loads, but never actually does. I’ve updated and it still says update. My son has deleted and reinstalled twice and can’t get it to work. We used this for years without issues but whatever you guys did or didn’t do to work with iPhones is a huge problem. The app doesn’t work anymore!!! These are my medical records, for goodness sakes!!!!
