  • I like it, but very slow to update status

I like that the app keeps track of so many different shippers, but it seems to suffer from delayed updates from ups and FedEx frequently
  • Essential. Glad we paid.

We used this little app free for years. We OWE the developer for his efforts. I’m sure all he does is query all the carriers’ websites for us and deliver the results, but it saves us the effort of (1) going after each carrier one after another and typing in those stoopid parcel numbers and (2) doing that over 5 devices! What a handy tool! Do the developer a polite and just favor. Pay. Get the app. You won’t regret it. (Then go shop or make cookies for relatives and friends and make sure they get there on time! Cookies? Yum!)
  • Good App

This is a really good app, just wish it updated quicker and was more accurate. Packages are delivered about an hour before this finally says they are.
  • Great app that works on iOS and Mac

Love this app! The subscription is well worth it if you order enough and want to keep track of it all!
  • Shockingly slow to update package tracking info

    By CoolieRanx
I really wanted to love this app, but wow—I have no idea why the developers have chosen to let the app update its package tracking information so infrequently and so slowly. I’m running it side by side with Deliveries, and while Deliveries is correct up to the minute, Parcel is WAY behind with no way to manually refresh. May I ask why this app chooses this much slower method of updating? And why manual refresh does absolutely nothing? I had to cancel my subscription a mere two days into using the app because the information it displays is painfully delayed—something a package tracking app shouldn’t have an issue with. I mean really, it’s the app’s only real job and it can’t do it reliably.
  • Excelente!

La aplicacion es muy buena, muy gráfica y fácil de entender. La recomiendo al 100%. Y lo mejor de todo es que aparece en el mapa la trayectoria de tu orden.
  • Good But Buggy

    By dgerzeeboy
The good part is that it will track Fed ex packages, which the leading delivery app doesn’t do anymore. It also has a connection with Amazon so that when your packages from Amazon are shipped, that info automatically appear in the app. Very cool. The buggy part is that the app doesn’t always update you when the package has been delivered, or even if there’s been an update to the delivery. For example I am writing this because there was a delay in my UPS delivery today, and both Parcel and UPS notified me of that. Then this morning UPS updated that info saying that there wouldn’t be a delay after all and it would be delivered on time, which is today. Parcel is still displaying that it will be delayed for two more days, as I hold the just delivered package in my hand. It would be helpful if the very responsive owner of Parcel fixed this bug. Update: It’s now been three and a half hours since UPS left the package in front of my door, and Parcel is still saying the delivery will be delayed for two days.

  • Deliveries Substitute

I have been a long term Deliveries user. Loved the app. But they no longer support FedEx, so switched to parcel. Parcel has done nice advantages over Deliveries: - Parcel works with FedEx! - Better integration with Amazon (although only works with one account) - Can convert Amazon shipments to the shipping vendor for better accuracy - Notifications seem slightly better? - more of them sooner and lots of controls I really wish for the following however: - color coding based on carrier branding - more consistent carrier branding (ALWAYS put carrier in text summary list and in the same physical location for easier info at a glance) - always include the current city in the summary list - I wish it did it’s syncing and data storage on iCloud instead of with a personal email address But it works with FedEx, so yay!
