    The Washington Post is extremely liberal, and it’s very annoying. When democracy dies, it will be due in part of the dark cloud created by the media. Democracy does indeed die in darkness.

    Comics! And in depth investigations. News and opinions, of course, not always liberal. Letters online in response to articles, coverage, are interesting, at and times critically informed. A hometown newspaper, as well as the premier Washington DC daily national reporter. Crucial reading every day.

    This paper has a liberal bias, but not to an insufferable degree. Here’s an example of what I consider to be liberal bias: The Post typically refers to Trump’s claims of a rigged election as “evidence-free” or “false.” But I can’t help but think that if the bogus claims came from a liberal, they would be treated a little more kindly and called “unproven.” To its credit, the Editorial Board often publishes balanced, thoughtful opinions that please neither liberals nor conservatives. I think the sports desk is weak, and sometimes confuses advocacy with reporting. Still, this is a great newspaper and I enjoy it very much.

    You’re not balanced in editorial and op-ed staff. The extreme right writers are also not fact check, and that on your watch. Ruth Marcus, what a loose goosie with facts. Hewitt! The rest. Where are the good middle of the road guys? All seemed to have been pushed out. Waiting for a correction. Of all my subscriptions (5) WaPo would be the first to go for that reason. And far too little deep political writing, too few staff. Tired of love stories and health tips.

    I like that I can listen to stories as well as read them. We have been subscribers for a few years. They always have specials so for a few dollars a month you can keep really good journalism alive.
