    I wish I could enter how many grams I’m eating over the serving size to get a decimal to I put for the actual serving size I ate. Instead I have to toggle between my calculator and this app. Also, everything should have a weight equivalent. It’s way easier to use my scale to measure than actual measuring cups.

    Just downloaded and trying to use but learning is impossible! Each screen is monstrous with pop-up junk that obscures everything and apparently no way to turn off the aggravation?? Our future together is very short.

  • Terrible Customer Support

    I’ve had an issue with notifications for years, and no one has tried to fix it. No one replies to support issues, I had to go to Twitter and Facebook to try to get some help - only to be given the run around again. They’re rude andcompletely useless. I’ve since deleted my account and found a much better app.
  • Doesn’t cover broader sports

    It doesn’t have an option for other sports it’s just a select few. I play hockey and I really didn’t know what to pick for the sign up.
  • Doesn’t always work as it should.

    The step and exercise tracking doesn’t work well. I seem to always have to adjust something in my settings or it just doesn’t work. Supposedly the app goes through maintenance 2 a week that disables some features. I find this unacceptable and concerning. Why would features not work twice a week. My banking app only does this once a year at most. I paid for a service to save time and I waste so much time going thru my settings to make the app work correctly. Plus I also think My Fitness Pal may be installing malware or other unethical practices during “maintenance”.

    I’m not a computer my person husband helped me navigate around in the program initially. Now, it’s getting more familiar in a week I am scanning barcodes, setting alerts and in my first week I lost 5 lbs. I am loving this app it is challenging me to be more active and do better.
