    I really need the in person workshop. However they keep closing them and now I have to drive much further The workshop I was going to moved three times and then closed Please bring back the local workshops.

    I find it easier to track my food, beverages, and snacks because I just enter it into my WW app. Most of us eat the same meals a few times each month. Set up each part (meat, veggies, starch) of the meal, give it a name and save it. Next time you eat that meal you don’t have to enter each part. For me, truthfully tracking what I eat is what keeps me on course. If I am not truthful, I am cheating only myself because I “won’t be able to look at the REAL picture” if I had a gain or even a loss. You have to learn what works and what doesn’t.

    Using the WW app is easy but you’ve got to do the work. Slow and steady. Gradually easing small behavioral changes. When you slip (and you will) just get back up and keep moving onward.
