Love the convenience of the EPI app! I can check recipes while shopping. Always inspiring.

The relaunch of Epicurious has created a mushy, sluggish, website, lacking the most basic rule of taste and etiquette—prompt attention to its guests.
  • App never works

It constantly logs me out, won’t let me log in, and on the off chance I get to use it will stop loading recipes and makes me retry. NYT cooking is much more stable
  • Ruined a perfect app

Starting in Fall 2020 the ability to see personal reviews disappeared. I lost decades of notes. The ability to search became difficult and recipes come up blank. Searches return completely unrelated recipes. They have ruined what was a great app and it continues to decline. Please get some IT professionals and fix it!!!
  • Epicurious Problems

Something has gone wrong with this app, which is super annoying because I’ve always enjoyed the recipes and functionality. Now, it is constantly failing to load and crashes all the time. Nothing worse than being in the middle of preparing a meal and the entire recipe disappears and then the app won’t load. Until they fix the bugs I wouldn’t pay for it.

The perfect place to find amazing recipes to wow may crowd. The only problem is that the website is down frequently. As a paying customer and foodies, it can be very disappointing. Other than that, 5 stars.

I do not like the new app. It’s constantly unreliable and glitchy. I don’t know why you changed it but it doesn’t work consistenly. I’m also not a fan of the printing format that takes reams of paper.
  • Very Dissapointing

Absolute waste, constantly logs me out and then claims Im not a subscriber even though Ive got 9 months left of a year long paid subscription. A nightmare to try to use. Every time I open it something goes wrong: crashes, freezes, logs me out, claims Im not a subscriber. What Ive managed to access of the content is great, but the app itself is a disaster. Very dismayed that what I thought was a reputable company is peddling what feels like fraud. The customer service team always blames Apple, but none of my other subscriptions through Apple have ever had any glitch. This is the only one, and its so constant that the app basically unusable. I regret this purchase.
