With the latest update the app has gone downhill fast. The new UI is horrible and clunky. Also you can only view a few matches and you have to pay (upgrade) to view the rest. Bad just bad.

App freezes on spashscreen at startup. I want my money back. IPhone 13 pro max ios 16.4.1

Terminated me from the app when I just registered, never got a chance to use the app, and never explained why my account was terminated.

I have an iPhone 14plus and most of the time this app will not load with out Wi-Fi. I’ll get notifications of messages and I will not have access to them for hours after my notifications. I regret spending my Money on Match.

Only match you when you aren’t a paying member and when membership expires. Waste of time. Waste of money; don’t pay. Even without paying, the matches they match in the free matches are phishing and scammers. This site has idiot running the company. They care about filling their pockets rather than providing quality matches at a rate that benefits customers not corporate. Match had taken up censoring. Work liberal garbage. They will censor your summary. They censor your photos. Screw match and their locking accounts. They have fake accounts and men who are haters. They never ever get two sides of a story. Everyone can make a new account with new emails and phone numbers. Screw match Hate this app. Live in large city and out of 200 miles ten users are online? No matches for 500 miles for days until subscription ends. Literally live in one of the three largest cities in the United States and can go days without matches. Literally see who is nearby doesn’t work. On the road every day and no one is nearby for weeks on end and paying premium. Literally they match you with other profiles that aren’t even subscribers or been logged in for days and literally inactive. Once your subscription expires they then match you and all the sudden you receive notifications of messages and matches. Not worth it. Waste of time after I found my first love of life using match when it was aol personals on dialup. It’s changed and about corporate greed not love. Never paying again. Thankfully they never received a full payment from me due to credit card fraud. Would never ever pay them again ever.

I’ve paid 50 bux and This app keeps buggin’ out! I’ve deleted and downloaded 2 x today.

Used to be so much better. Now if you don’t pay you basically can’t do anything. Seek other apps

I stayed on the app for 6 weeks as a paying customer. In that time, I got a lot of likes. However, when I “matched” with some of them and started a conversation, they’d go silent and never ever respond. I don’t know if those people are real or robots created to make people think there is a chance of actually meeting someone real. After 6 weeks, I was done wasting money and deleted my profile.

Terrible service and you have a very good chance to get your profile hacked and credit card stolen !

There should be a search bar to type people’s names just in case you accidentally deleted there name in your list. Got the app a few days ago & still getting used to it & I did that & now I can’t find them at all. :( Good app tho!
