  • Non-Premium is terrible for basic workouts

Several years ago I use to be a premium subscriber. I let it expire to take a couple weeks over. Well I injured my knee and several years later I’m starting to get back into running. Well I had my duration set to 10:00 workouts. Well as a non-premium app user, I can’t change it to turn off or which is back to 2 mile duration. If you change that, this app would be 5 stars. On reason it has 2 stars is because the voice feed back is not robotic like other apps I have used.
  • Used in parallel with Strava

I’ve been trying ween myself from the app but I prefer more of the activities it offers to record over Strava. Recommend making available recent activities on Apple Watch app as is available on iPhone app. Or list the top 5 activities I participate to make it easier to find on Apple Watch. For one of my favorite activities I have to record as “Other” and resave later as beach volleyball. Would love to just find it on a list of recent or my favorites.

I used to love this app and would recommend it to my friends and family. But the last couple of weeks, the app stops working during my workouts. This is so annoying and frustrating. Going to have to look for another app if this continues much longer.
  • Frustrated - keeps turning off mid workout

Do you know how frustrating it is to have just done a workout you’re super proud about, just to look down at your app and find it turned off 2 miles ago!?! This has happened several times and I’m tired of it! Idk if it’s getting knocked off by my clothes rubbing on the phone or if it’s in the app itself. I minimalize the screen so as to avoid this but it still does it. It’s very frustrating. And I don’t like listening to the voice tell me how far I’ve just walked because it is loud and long winded. But if I don’t, the app will shut off mid work-out and I’ll never know it. Uuuugh!! I would not recommend this app

Good app for tracking. I wish the activity feed list of recent activities showed at least 6 most recent items (or 7 for those that have a different workout each day of the week).

Needs to allow custom exercises and rest periods between sets
  • Calorie counter

The calorie counter has a flaw in it. Although the app itself keeps track of elevation throughout the workout, it does not factor it in while calculating calories burned. My speed cycling downhill where I sometimes coast at higher speeds uses calories at a lower rate in real-life, but the app increases the rate of calories burned. Going uphill in a steep incline my speed is much lower although I am working much harder to climb the hill. In this case the app reduces my calorie count to almost zero and in some cases actually subtracts calories burned.
