    I open the app and it stays on the chase logo indefinitely, I left for the night to see if it was a connection problem, but still didnt load. As of right now the app does not let me log in at all

    These guys rely on simplex chatbot that just does nothing! App is ok for 5 years ago, but lacks modern features. For most you need live agent and that bot will not let you! These is no feedback flow too - so, have to vent out here.

    Chase mobile app is easy to use and navigate, but the face ID detection is a pain in the neck. Every day I have to type password and initiate 2 factor authentication. Chase needs to work on this because that difficulty causes waste of time and all.

    Have had a message shown since I added this app - but there is no message. Nobody knows what do do to resolve the issue. Also, the bankers turn over so frequently there is no continuity to get any local help

    I am beginning to get annoyed at all the offers and requests for financial target surveys that I would probably bail out of this app if I did not get Amazon Prime points for using the card. Apps like this kill the fatted calf at some point. Is there an ad blocker for apps?
