I heard warnings about this company, but I am not getting any junk emails or anything but nice products. Best prices anywhere

I returned a pkg & sent 2 pcs in the return . I received only 1 refund brought it to Temu customer service & they refunded me my 2nd refund . I was so please at there promptness .

I love Temu

All my items I have received from Temu has been point on. I have’s ordered plenty of shoes. I have a narrow foot so I have to order some shoes a size up. But I a have to watch out cause they can be a little too big. But over all I love all my items.

It never gave me my free gift it said it was coming April 10th but it never came so I’m just wondering why they didn’t give it me

Very bad experience every package keeps on being delayed and delayed.

This app is a very good app but why do we need 10$ max to check out but Temu is very nice if u need things for kids or others

I’ve been shopping on Temu for quite awhile, I’ve learn to read reviews and the description of items. I try to order when I have coupons and check daily after I have sent my order for price adjustments, the adjustments add up so you save even more. Sometimes times my orders take longer than I expected but there has only been one time an item was not in my order. Customer service is very helpful anytime I call. And the service has always been really good and the service person is always very nice to talk with. Shopping on Temu saves me so much, I don’t play the games because every time I have tried to play you always have to send invitations to others, never has anyone responded to sent invitations. So if there are not any responses you can’t win the game. Overall I have been pleased with most of my purchases.

TEMU has quality items. I will continue to purchase from them.
